A Deerfield woman is accused of criminal trespass after prior shoplifting charge at Walgreens: Deerfield Blotter

- Jose Louis Marquez-Estrada, 57, of Wheeling, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, and was arrested following a two-car accident at 11:57 p.m. Oct. 4 at Lake Cook Road and Corporate Drive, Deerfield. He was released on a $1,000 bond, and assigned a court date of Nov. 18 in Waukegan.
- Nina M. Velez, 30, of Mount Prospect, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested after her vehicle struck a wall on I-94, as well as a curb on Lake Cook Road, at 1:15 a.m. Sept 25 at Lake Cook Road and Embassy Way. She was released after posting $1,000 bond.
CRIMINAL TRESPASS
Kathryn V. Foley, 35, of Deerfield, is accused of criminal trespass, possession of a weapon, and was arrested at 11:59 Sept. 26 at Walgreens, 780 Waukegan Road. She had previously been given a no trespass order for shoplifting at that location. A search of Foley's handbag found no stolen items, but a BB gun, for which she was cited. She was released on a $100 bond, and assigned a court date of Oct. 20.

RIVERWOODS ARRESTS
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL
- Sergy Steglik, 44, of the 2000 block of Techny Drive, Northbrook, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, and was arrested at 1:25 a.m. Oct. 15. He was released on a $3,000 bond, and assigned a court date of Nov.25 in Waukegan.
- Vitaliy Runko, 40, of the 7000 block of W Belden Avenue, Chicago, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, and was arrested at 2:31 a.m. Oct. 18 at Lake Cook Road and I-294. He was released on a $3,000 bond, and assigned a court date of Dec. 2 in Waukegan.
