DEERFIELD, IL —The Village of Deerfield announced that roadwork is expected to close lanes and slow traffic Friday on Deerfield Road. Paving of Brierhill Road is set to take place, weather permitting, and traffic on Deerfield Road will be impacted. On Deerfield Road between Heather Road and Beverly Place, there will only one lane open in each direction.
