Dog Saved by Deerfield Man to be in International Show
Louise, a German Shepherd, was rescued by Stu Unger.

A dog whose life was saved by a longtime Deerfield resident will be shown at the International Kennel Club Dog Show at Chicago’s McCormick Place on January 31 and February 1.
The Deerfield Review tells the story of Stu Unger, who saved 4-year-old Louise, a German Shepherd, in October after she was left outside during brutal winters in central Wisconsin by her former owner.
Louise has lineage that traces back to Germany, where champion shepherds are celebrated.
