'Dr. Cool and Pride' Hits National Stage
Founded by Deerfield resident Jeff Bizar, "Dr. Cool & Pride: The Big Show" premiered last week on WTTW.

Deerfield resident Jeff Bizar’s Bizar Entertainment is the founder of “Dr. Cool & Pride,” an interactive show that has taught students at elementary and middle schools about important life lessons for more than the last two decades.
Now, according to the Deerfield Review, the show is hitting a larger audience with “Dr. Cool & Pride: The Big Show,” which airs Sunday mornings at 11 a.m. on WTTW-TV. It premiered September 13.
“I wanted to reach more of the masses. It’s that simple,”Bizar told the Review. “I want to help kids learn resiliency and perseverance, and to teach them how to deal with the challenges that life brings.”
