DUI Arrests Made Along Lake Cook Road: Blotter

RIVERWOODS, IL — The following information comes from the Riverwoods Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. ARRESTS

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL

• Lucas A. Callejas-Licona, 55, of the 2800 block of W Grandville Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, and was arrested at 1:33 a.m. Oct. 22 at Lake Cook and Saunders roads. He was released on a $3,000 bond, and was scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 25 in Waukegan.
• Ruben Enrique Rodriguez-Quintero, 43, of the 1200 block of Kings Court, West Chicago, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, and was arrested at 1:25 a.m. Oct. 25 near Portwine Road and CCH Drive. He was released on a $3,000 bond, and was scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 25 in Waukegan.
• Ricardo Uriel Hernandez Caballero, 23, of the 700 block of Constitutional Lane, Palatine, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a shredded tire, and was arrested at 3:31 a.m. Nov. 22 at Lake Cook Road and CCH Drive. He was released on a $3,000 bond, and is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 23 in Waukegan.
• Unique J. Rattler, 26, of the 2100 block of Williamsburg Drive, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, and was arrested at 2:40 a.m. Nov. 27 at Lake Cook and Portwine roads. She was released on a $3,000 bond, and is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 23 in Waukegan.
• Andre T. Vortez, 25, of the 10000 block of S Aberdeen, Chicago, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, no valid driver's license, and was arrested at 12:52 a.m. Nov. 29 at Lake Cook and Arlington Heights roads. He was released on a $3,000 bond, and is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 23 in Waukegan.
