He was released after posting a $3,000 bond and was assigned a court date of May 25.
• Luke R. Bock, 31, of the 900 block of Jefferson Square, Elk Grove Village, is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, and was arrested at 6:35 a.m. May 4. Police were dispatched to the 2600 block of Deerfield Road to investigate a vehicle stopped on the shoulder with a male slumped over the steering wheel. Bock was released after posting a $3,000 bond and was assigned a court date of June 8.
• Luis R. Martinez, 31, of the 1400 block of N. Luna Avenue, Chicago, is accused of improper lane usage, driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 2:52 a.m. May 6 at Lake Cook and Portwine roads. He was released on a $3,000 bond and was assigned a court date of June 8.
• Cindy Rodriguez, 25, of the 5200 block of W. Drummond Place, Chicago, is accused of driving while license suspended, open transportation of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 3:26 a.m. May 7, near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. She was released on a $3,000 bond and was assigned a court date of June 8.
• Christopher Ramirez, 26, of the 300 block of E. Palmer, Northlake, is accused of speeding, driving while license revoked, open transportation of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol, obstructing a police officer, criminal damage to property, and was arrested at 3:26 a.m. May 27, near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. He was released on a $3,000 bond and was assigned a court date of June 8.
• Bridgette Nicole Ludwig, 27, of the 2700 block of W. Andover Drive, Mundelein, is accused of speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 12:22 a.m. May 9, near Deerfield Road and Hoffman Lane. She was released on a $3,000 bond and was assigned a court date of June 8.
• Semjace M. Garcia Castillo, 28, of the 3600 block of N. Newcastle Avenue, Chicago, is accused of speeding, improper lane usage, driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 1:23 a.m. April 28, near Lake Cook road and CCH Drive. She was released on a $3,000 bond and was assigned a court date of May 25.
• Israel Cuevas Olivares, 31, of the 2200 block of S. Sacramento Avenue, Chicago, is accused of improper backing, driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 12:44 a.m. April 23, following a report of a vehicle stuck in the mud on the parkway in the 2700 block of Lake Cook Road. Police were conducting an alcohol sales compliance at the business, utilizing an underage operative. The man is scheduled to appear in court on June 1.

A 42-year-old Chicago man was cited at 5:20 p.m. May 6, for unlawful sale of tobacco to a minor in the 2200 block of Deerfield Road. Police were conducting a tobacco sales compliance check at the business, utilizing an underage operative. The man is scheduled to appear in court on June 1.
