• Brian Gavin Liburd, 34, of the 3600 block of W. Montrose Avenue, Chicago, is accused of speeding, driving under the influence, and was arrested at 1:04 a.m. June 27, near Deerfield Road and Parkway North. He was released and assigned a court date of July 17.
• Timothy J. Moore, 40, of the 3900 block of N. Adams Street, Westmont, is accused of speeding, DUI alcohol, and was arrested at 9:56 p.m. June 1, near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. He was released and assigned a court date of June 26.
