Educational Sessions and Workshops, Patient Registration, and Holistic Health and Wellness Programs Available at Greenhouse

When Greenhouse Medical Cannabis Dispensary first opened their doors in January 2016, there were so many questions surrounding the medical cannabis program in Illinois. One thing was certain, Greenhouse would set themselves apart not only by offering much needed medicine, but services to promote healthy lifestyles too.

Greenhouse together with The Healing Clinic, a medical cannabis patient advocacy center located in Chicago and Highland Park, are holding medical cannabis informational and patient registration sessions on September 28th, October 26th and November 16th, from 5-6:30pm, in the Deerfield dispensary. Patients will be walked through the application process. Fingerprint and photo services will be available on-site which are both needed to obtain a Registry Card. Anyone is welcome to attend and there is no charge for these sessions.

In the Deerfield location at 151 S. Pfingsten Rd., patients and their guests are being treated to a number of Health and Wellness programs. From chair massages to guided meditation, workshops for essential oils, clean eating, myofascial release, yoga, Tai Chi, and even personal training, they continue to set the benchmark high for other dispensaries.

Greenhouse often teams up with local businesses in designing and guiding these workshops.

On October 7th, 3-4pm, David Lloyd, MA, LPC, CADC, a licensed Mental Health and Addictions Counselor, from FaithLife Counseling is holding a workshop at Greenhouse Deerfield, to discuss the nature of Opiate use and abuse. He will address what to expect from withdrawal and the advantage of a custom-designed treatment approach that is both powerful and comprehensive.

This is open to the public as well.
