GET OUT: 10 Things to do This Weekend

Why Go: Thomas the Tank Engine and the Hogwarts Express will be rolling into the Deerfield Public library as part of the North Central O’Gauger’s model railroad exhibit. Train buffs of all ages are invited to the show, which also features replicas of popular regional and historical lines.

Why Go: Pooches compete for best in show in the club’s 150th dog show.

WingFest
Where/When: Bailey Auditorium, 1340 W. Washington Blvd., Chicago, Sunday, Feb. 27 at 1 p.m.
Why Go: Chicago restaurants bake it out to win the title of “Best Wings.” The money raised during the event will go to a variety of local charities.
