The gift that keeps giving

Frank Mariani of Mariani Landscape went over the top and surprised one of his Bannockburn clients when he put an oversized photo of his face in their lawn.

Imagine the fear that struck the Bannockburn resident, Glen Miller, when he woke up and saw a creepy looking close up headshot photo of his landscaper outside his window.

Glen tiptoed suspiciously out his door and realized exactly why this large headshot was there – his landscaper Mariani had set it there against a new tree Miller had mentioned he wanted many months earlier. Fear turned to a delighted surprise – Frank gave Glen a morning jolt coffee couldn't even have provided.

In a day and age when personal service is often lost because of Internet shopping, this is a prime example that top-notch client service still exists.
