Gurnee Man Accused Of Violating Protection Order: Blotter

ARRESTS

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Rebecca Kunz, 24, of the 0-100 block of N Ayer Street, Harvard, is accused of having a warrant for contempt of court - failure to remand, and was arrested Aug. 23 in the 1300 block of N Sheridan Road, Waukegan. Her bond was set at $250,000 and she was assigned a court date of Sept. 13.

AGGRAVATED SPEEDING

Antony B. Martine, 35, of the 2100 block of N Elmwood Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of aggravated speeding (70 mph in a 40 mph zone), and was arrested Aug. 23 at Delany and Wadsworth roads, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $1,500.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT

Deidre A. McAllister, 31, of the 38400 block of N Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of aggravated assault, criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct, and was arrested Aug. 24 in Beach Park. Her bond was set at $1,500 and she was assigned a court date of Sept. 27.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Kortillous A. Wilson, 27, of the 26600 block of W Sycamore Avenue, Unincorporated Antioch, is accused of having a warrant for criminal damage to property, and was arrested Aug. 25 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $20,000 and Wilson was assigned a court date of Sept. 27.

RETAIL THEFT

• Anthony Harris, 40, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is accused of having a warrant for retail theft, and was arrested Aug. 25 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. His bond was set at $50,000 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 7.
• Dale D. Ester, Jr., 41, of the 38100 block of N Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of having a warrant out of Cook County for retail theft, and was arrested Aug. 26 in the 100 block of Skokie Highway, Unincorporated Lake Bluff.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Luis Angel Cervantes Garcia, 23, of the 600 block of Lenox Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, aggravated speeding (75 mph in a 45 mph zone), no insurance, and was arrested Aug. 26 at Routes 41 and 21, Gurnee. His bond was set at $3,000 and was assigned a court date of Oct. 6.
• Tina M. Kelly, 42, of the 39700 block of Stonebridge Drive, Unincorporated Antioch, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Aug. 26 at Route 59 and Stonebridge Court, Unincorporated Antioch. Her bond was set at $3,000 and she was assigned a court date of Oct. 6.
• Joseph H. Anzelone, 33, of the 4200 block of N Bloomington Avenue, Arlington Heights, is accused of having a warrant for aggravated driving under the influence, and was arrested Aug. 26 in the 600 block of Whispering Oaks Court, Palatine. His bond was set at $30,000 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 7.
• Dzmitry Sazanovich, 32, of the 200 block of Shadowbend Drive, Wheeling, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Aug. 28 at Lake Cook Road and Deer Chase Court, Deer Park. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 27.
• Gustavo J. Macdeo, 23, of Racine, Wisconsin, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Aug. 28 in the 40400 block of Delany Road, Wadsworth. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 13.
• Francisco J. Bravo-Ortega, 36, of the 4200 block of Greenleaf Court, Park City, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Aug. 28 at 33rd Street and Sheridan Road, Zion. His bond was set at $3,000 and hew assigned a court date of Sept. 22.

VIOLATING ORDER OF PROTECTION

• Jaden L. Franklin, 22, of the 7600 block of Gamay Court, Gurnee, is accused of having a warrant for violating an order of protection and a new charge of resisting arrest, and was arrested Aug. 27 in the 200 block of W Water Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $25,000 and Franklin was assigned a court date of Sept. 1.
• Bradford C. Goar, 46, of the 21600 block of W Elm Street, Unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of having a warrant for violating an order of protection, electronic harassment, and was arrested Aug. 27 in Unincorporated Lake Villa. His bond was set at $5,000 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 6.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Dustin D. Hanabarger, 32, of the 100 block of E 6th Street, Dixon, is accused of having a warrant out of McHenry County for disorderly conduct, and was arrested Aug. 28 at Route 45 and Gages Lake Road, Grayslake. His bond was set at $15,000 and a future court date in McHenry County was to be determined at the time of the report.
