Butter - a tan Shar Pei mix - was last seen Saturday on the golf course at the Briarwood Country Club, the shelter posted on its Facebook page. Her loving family has been searching for her ever since. Emily co-leads several statewide coalitions including the&nbsp;Protect Illinois Waters Coalition, that is advocating for the Wetlands Protection Act, and the&nbsp;Coalition for Plastic Reduction. &nbsp;
Emily has been working in the environmental advocacy and social change field since 2010. &nbsp;Over her career she has worked on college campuses as an environmental organizer, directed door-to-door citizen outreach offices and, immediately prior to her current role, was the administrative director for&nbsp;Environment America&nbsp;and&nbsp;PIRG.&nbsp;
