Man Accused Of Animal Cruelty: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter
The 27-year-old Mundelein resident was arrested over the weekend, according to police.

Malik D. Iseini, 47, of the 12700 block of W. Keith Avenue, unincorporated Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, possession of drug paraphernalia, and was arrested March 16 at Green Bay and Wadsworth roads, Beach Park. He was released following his arrest.
POSSESSION OF AMMUNITION WITHOUT FOID

Valentino Toledo-Azure, 42, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of possession of ammunition without FOID, possession of drug paraphernalia, and was arrested March 16 at 26th Street and Lewis Avenue, Zion. He was released and assigned a court date of April 22.
POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE WITH INTENT TO DELIVER
Teanna L. Krellwitz, 37, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of cocaine, and was arrested March 16 at 26th Street and Lewis Avenue, Zion. She was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and a court date of April 8 was assigned.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
- John L. Crawford, 66, of the 500 block of Judith Court, Winthrop Harbor, is accused of driving under the influence, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested March 17 at Route 41 and Russell Road, Wadsworth. He was released and assigned a court date of April 15.
- Megan K. Marshall, 32, of the 4300 block of Azalea Drive, Lisle, is accused of DUI, trespass to railroad property, and was arrested March 18 at Route 14 and Kelsey Road, Lake Barrington. She was released and assigned a court date of May 6.
- Jorge Garcia Luna, 48, of the 400 block of 4th Street, Northfield, is accused of DUI alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, no valid driver's license, and was arrested March 20 at Archer and Robert Parker Coffin roads, Long Grove. He was released and assigned a court order of April 29.
- Eve R. Hursh, 48, of the 3600 block of Lakeview Drive, Island Lake, is accused of DUI alcohol, violation of pre-trial release, and was arrested March 20 in the 3600 block of Lakeview Drive, Island Lake. She was released and assigned a court date of April 20.
- Carlos Munoz-Cardoso, 51, of the 100 block of Walnut Court, Mundelein, is accused of DUI alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested March 20 at Route 45 and Temple Drive, Libertyville. He was released and assigned a court date of April 22.
- Trinsetta A. Wallace, 34, of the 300 block of Bellevue Drive, Round Lake Park, is accused of aggravated DUI alcohol, driving while license revoked, violation of ignition interlock device, and was arrested March 22 at Route 45 and Sand Lake Road, Lindenhurst. She was released and assigned a court date of April 20.
VIOLATING AN ORDER OF PROTECTION
Jason A. Hart, 35, of the 38200 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of violating an order of protection, and was arrested March 17 in the 38200 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and a court date of March 25 was assigned.
POSSESSION OF STOLEN VEHICLE
Jose Zavala, 19, of the 4100 block of Green Bay Road, Wadsworth, is accused of possession of a stolen vehicle, and was arrested March 18 in the 36000 block of Green Bay Road, Beach Park. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and a court date of May 5 was assigned.
BURGLARY
Maiferson A. Velasquez-Cumana, 19, of the 10000 block of Hoxie Avenue, Chicago, had a warrant for burglary, and was arrested March 18, in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of March 25.
AGGRAVATED UNLAWFUL USE OF A WEAPON
Oscar E. Arteaga, 18, of the 300 block of Meadow Green Lane, Round Lake Beach, is accused of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, possession of a firearm without a FOID, and was arrested March 19 in the 300 block of Meadow Green Lane, Round Lake Beach. He was released and assigned a court date of April 2.
BATTERY
Dylan J. Strege, 24, of the 200 block of Ironwood Drive, Lindenhurst, is accused of battery, criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct, and was arrested March 19 in the 29000 block of W. Roberts Road, Port Barrington. He was released and assigned a court date of April 29.
VIOLATION OF COURT ORDER
Jeremiah J. Schaeffer, 45, of the 0-100 block of Lippincott Street, Fox Lake, had a warrant for violation of court order, and was arrested March 20 in the 24000 block of W. Grand Avenue, Lake Villa. He was released following his arrest.
RECKLESS DISCHARGE OF A FIREARM
Theodore V. Cartner, 76, of the 43000 block of N. Lake Avenue, Antioch, is accused of reckless discharge of a firearm, and was arrested March 21 in the 43000 block of N. Lake Avenue, Antioch. He was released and assigned a court date of April 29.
ANIMAL CRUELTY
Healdio F. Flores, 27, of the 25000 block of N. Gilmer Road, Mundelein, is accused of animal cruelty, and was arrested March 21 in the 25000 block of N. Gilmer Road, Mundelein. He was released and assigned a court date of April 22.
ENDANGERING THE LIFE OF A CHILD
Joshua Cardoza, 27, of the 33000 block of N. Valley View Drive, Grayslake, is accused of endangering the life of a child, and was arrested March 22 in the 33000 block of N. Valley Drive, Grayslake. He was released and assigned a court date of April 8.
