Man Accused Of Endangering Child's Life: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

- Christine M. Slayton, 57, of the 12900 block of W. Clarendon Road, Beach Park, is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, no insurance, and was arrested May 13 at Sheridan and Wadsworth roads, Beach Park. She was released and assigned a court date of June 19.
- Jason A. Threats-Gayden, 23, of the 38700 block of N. Cedar Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of DUI alcohol, fleeing to elude, improper transportation of cannabis, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested May 13 at Leland and Pine avenues, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of June 19.
- Demonta Williams, 48, of the 500 block of Franklin Street, Waukegan, is accused of DUI alcohol, driving while license revoked, and was arrested May 17 at Sheridan and Yorkhouse roads, Beach park. They were released and assigned a court date of June 26.
- Juan M. Mendia-Delgado, 48, of the 2400 block of Joppa Avenue, Zion, is accused of DUI alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested May 17 at 24th Street and Lewis Avenue, Zion. He was released and assigned a court date of June 26.
- Matthew J. Dec, 38, of the 8000 block of Abbott Lane, Cary, is accused of DUI drugs, resisting arrest, improper transportation of cannabis, and was arrested May 17 in the 500 block of Liberty Street, Wauconda. He was released and assigned a court date of July 10.
- Ashiley N. Howze, 28, of the 2400 block of W. Dugdale Road, Waukegan, had a warrant out of Cook County for DUI, and was arrested May 18 in the 39200 block of N. Lewis Avenue, Beach Park. A future court date in Cook County was to be determined at the time of the report.
ASSAULT
Dominique N. Brown, 38, of the 5300 block of S. Calumet Avenue, Chicago, is accused of aggravated assault, violating a no contact order, and was arrested May 14 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. She was released and assigned a court date of June 18.

OBSTRUCTING A PEACE OFFICER
Dikendre S. Cobb, 22, of the 2400 block of Arrington Way, North Chicago, had a warrant for obstructing a peace officer, new charge of obstructing a peace officer, and was arrested May 14 in the 2200 block of Gilead Avenue, Zion. He was released and assigned a court date of June 20.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
- Robert E. Price, 34, of the 1400 block of Cypress Avenue, North Chicago, is accused of disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property, and was arrested May 14 in the 39200 block of N. Queensbury Lane, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of June 26.
- Jose I. Pineda Carrillo, 34, of the 9900 block of Hendee Road, Beach Park, is accused of disorderly conduct, resisting a peace officer, interference with emergency communications, and was arrested May 17 in the 9900 block of Hendee Road, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of June 26.
- Yana Shnayder, 35, of the 26800 block of N. Oakdale Lane, unincorporated Mundelein, is accused of disorderly conduct, resisting a peace officer, and was arrested May 19 in the 26800 block of N. Oakdale Lane, unincorporated Mundelein. They were released and assigned a court date of June 13.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED
- Kevin N. Labrizzi, 31, of the 100 block of Autumn Glen Drive, Harbard, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, cellular phone violation, and was arrested May 14 at Fairfield Road and Oakwood Drive, Round Lake Beach. He was released following his arrest.
- Oscar Gomez-Rojas, 31, of the 2800 block of Brookside Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, suspended registration, and was arrested May 16 at Casey and Liberty roads, unincorporated Libertyville. He was released following the arrest.
RETAIL THEFT
Brian Linder, 62, no permanent address, had a warrant for retail theft, new charges of attempted unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and was arrested May 14 at Wadsworth Road and Geraghty Avenue, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of June 13.
ENDANGERING THE LIFE OF A CHILD
Austin H. Linville, 26, of the 33700 block of Lake Shore Drive, unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of endangering the life of a child, unlawful use of a weapon, criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct, domestic battery, driving while license suspended, and was arrested May 14 at Route 45 and Center Street, Grayslake. He was being detained at the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of May 22.
FORGERY
Shania M. Thompson, 28, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, had a warrant out of Kenosha County, Wisconsin, for forgery, and was arrested May 16 in the 500 block of Decatur Avenue, North Chicago. A future court date was to be determined in Kenosha County.
ATTEMPTED POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
Kotryna Sedereviviute, 34, of Mt. Horeb, Wisconsin, is accused of attempted possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, had a warrant for battery, and was arrested May 16 in the 0-100 block of Route 12, Fox Lake. They were released and assigned a court date of June 20.
NO DRIVER'S LICENSE
Mario Galavan Jr., 27, of the 1100 block of Adam Street, North Chicago, is accused of no driver's license, leaving the scene of an accident, and was arrested May 17 at Green Bay and Yorkhouse roads, Beach Park. He was released following his arrest.
