Jeffrey W. Hughes, 38, of the 100 block of Devlin Road, Fox Lake, is accused of having a warrant for retail theft, and was arrested on Oct. 25 in the 200 block of W. Water Street, Waukegan. His bond was set at $30,000 and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 8.

  • Gabriel M. Smith, 27, of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested on Oct. 26 in the 17800 block of W. Washington Street, Unincorporated Gurnee. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 15.
  • Darell D. Brown, 28, of the 300 block of Lake Street, Waukegan, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, driving while license revoked, open transportation of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Oct. 27 at Lewis Avenue and Wadsworth Road, Beach Park. His bond was set at $20,000 and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 15.
  • Tobias Perez-Trinidad, 43, of the 400 block of N. Green Bay Road, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested on Oct. 28 at Green Bay Road and Yorkhouse Road, Beach Park. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 15.
  • Helen M. Garcia Luna, 48, of the 38300 block of N. Wilson Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Oct. 28 at Sheridan and Wadsworth roads, Beach Park. Her bond was set at $3,000 and she was assigned a court date of Nov. 24.
  • Brittany A. Wray, 31, of the 200 block of Northwind Drive, Lake Villa, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Oct. 29 at Route 176 and Garfield Avenue, Libertyville. Her bond was set at $3,000 and she was assigned a court date of Dec. 15.
  • Jose L. Lazcon, 36, of the 100 block of N. Victory Street, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Oct. 30 at Lewis and Sunset avenues, Waukegan. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 8.
  • Carlos J. Vasquez, 30, of the 1600 block of Woodbine Drive, Round Lake Beach, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Oct. 30 at Route 59 and Stanton Point Road, Ingleside. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 8.
  • Daniel A. Solorzano, 30, of West Allis, Wisconsin, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Oct. 30 at Route 41 and Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 15.
  • Eric N. Smith, 30, of the 1900 block of Country Drive, Grayslake, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Oct. 31 at Route 45 and Peterson Road, Libertyville. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 15.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO STATE SUPPORTED PROPERTY

Jovany Garcia, 38, of the 1400 block of Sheridan Road, Winthrop Harbor, is accused of criminal damage to state supported property, and was arrested Oct. 27 at Lake County Jail. He was being held on other charges and was assigned a court date of Nov. 2.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Richard Eldridge, 57, of the 39200 block of Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of disorderly conduct, battery, aggravated assault, resisting a peace officer, and was arrested on Oct. 27 in Beach Park. His bond was set at $25,000 and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 4.

THEFT

Jonathan T. Coleman, 32, of the 10200 block of W. Hendee Road, Beach Park, is accused of theft, and was arrested on Oct. 27 in Beach Park. His bond was set at $1,500 and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 10.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE REVOKED/SUSPENDED

  • Qrysthal Flores Calderon, 24, of the 1700 block of Victoria Avenue, North Chicago, is accused of driving while license revoked, suspended registration, and was arrested Oct. 27 on 5th Street and N. Lewis Avenue, Winthrop Harbor. Bond was set at $1,500.
  • Jatara R. Brown, 24, of the 600 block of Kennard Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license revoked, and was arrested Oct. 29 at Sheridan and Beach roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.

RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT

Kejuan K. Little, 32, of the 2200 block of Ezekiel Avenue, Zion, is accused of having a warrant out of Racine County, Wisconsin, for reckless endangerment, attempt to flee and elude, and was arrested on Oct. 28 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. No bond was set and Little was assigned a court date of Nov. 5.

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Daniel C. Shepard, 23, of the 800 block of Sheridan Road, Zion, is accused of possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Oct. 29 at Route 45 and Washington Street, Third Lake. His bond was set at $1,500 and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 17.

BATTERY

James G. Gasiamis, 36, of the 36100 block of N. Grand Oaks Court, Unincorporated Gurnee, is accused of battery, and was arrested Oct. 30 in Unincorporated Gurnee. His bond was set at $1,500 and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 18.

CHILD ENDANGERMENT

Aliza Luna, 18, of the 34700 block of N. Long Avenue, Ingleside, is accused of child endangerment, and was arrested Oct. 31 in Ingleside. Her bond was set at $1,500 and she was assigned a court date of Nov. 29.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Justin D. Seyl, 46, of the 16100 block of W. Buckley Road, Unincorporated Libertyville, is accused of criminal damage to property, criminal trespass to property, and was arrested Oct. 31 in Unincorporated Libertyville.

LEAVING THE SCENE OF A CRASH WITH INJURIES

Shawn M. Weinberg, 30, of the 2800 block of Falling Waters Drive, Lindenhurst, is accused of leaving the scene of a crash with injuries, endangering the life of a child, driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Oct. 31 at Green Bay Road and Wadsworth Road, Beach Park. His bond was set at $20,000 and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 8.
