Man Accused Of Predatory Sexual Assault Of Child: Blotter

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

• Sean McBride, 32, of the 200 block of West Street, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Nov. 30 at Sheridan Road and 29th Street, Zion. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Justin W. Persha, 41, of the 36600 block of N James Drive, Unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Dec. 1 at Weiladn Road and Woodstone Drive, Buffalo Grove. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Tahitha L. Anderson, 42, of the 25800 block of Sylvan Drive, Unincorporated Anitoch, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Dec. 2 at Route 134 and Wilson Road, Ingleside. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Cody J. Nolen, 25, of the 0-100 block of Elm Avenue, Fox Lake, is accused of driving while license revoked, and was arrested Dec. 3 at Wilson Road and Oak Lane, Ingleside. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Christopher B. Coburn, 30, of the 1900 block of Irving Parkway, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Dec. 4 at Lewis Avenue and McKay Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Ramon Q. Vinzon, 25, of the 4200 block of Hickory Hills Drive, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license revoked, and was arrested Dec. 5 at Delany and Ryan roads, Gurnee. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Dennis G. Oglesby, 35, of the 1000 block of Flossmoor Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license revoked, no insurance, and was arrested Dec. 6 at Lewis Avenue and Everett Road, Waukegan. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Miguel A. Valle-Ortega, 36, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of driving while license revoked, aggravated speeding, and was arrested Dec. 6 at Lewis Avenue and Ballentine Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Karla J. Briones, 29, of the 0-100 block of N Macgillis Drive, Round Lake, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Dec. 6 at Route 134 and Catherine Street, Ingleside. Bond was set at $1,500.

AGGRAVATED SPEEDING

• Jovanny Mendoza-Garcia, 19, of the 300 block of Main Street, Wauconda, is accused of aggravated speeding (92 miles per hour in a 45 MPH zone), driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested Nov. 30 at Route 176 and Fairfield Road, Unincorporated Wauconda. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Elias Huerta, 19, of the 300 block of Avilon Court, Round Lake, is accused of aggravated speeding (80 MPH in a 45 MPH zone), and was arrested Dec. 3 at Fairfield and Bonner roads, Unincorporated Wauconda. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Tavoy G. Patterson, 24, of the 5200 block of George Court, Gurnee, is accused of aggravated speeding (87 MPH in a 45 MPH zone), no insurance, and was arrested Dec. 3 at Washington Street and O'Plaine Road, Gurnee. Bond was set at $2,000.

PREDATORY CRIMINAL SEXUAL ASSAULT OF A CHILD

Michael Rios, 37, of Round Lake Beach, is accused of having a warrant for predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, and was arrested Dec. 1 in Round Lake Beach. His bond was set at $200,000, and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 17.

PUBLIC INDECENCY

Bert C. Young, 68, of the 900 block of Rockland Road, Lake Bluff, is accused of public indecency, disorderly conduct, and was arrested Dec. 2 in the 800 block of Jenkisson Avenue, Unincorporated Lake Bluff. His bond was set at $1,500, and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 30.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Melissa A. Guidi, 34, of the 2900 block of Durley Drive, Montgomery, is accused of criminal damage to property, and was arrested Dec. 2 in the 12700 block of W Wakefield Drive, Beach Park. Her bond was set at $1,500, and she was assigned a court date of Dec. 28.

FAILURE OF SEXUAL OFFENDER TO REPORT ADDRESS CHANGE

Matthew T. Mapes, 27, of the 200 block of Homestead Road, LaGrange Park, is accused of having a warrant for failure of sexual offender to report address change, aggravated domestic battery, and was arrested Dec. 2 in the 200 block of Homestead Road, LaGrange Park. His bond was set at $250,000, and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 17.

RETAIL THEFT

Dominique P. Austin, 23, of the 0-100 block of Nassau Colony, Fox Lake, is accused of having a warrant for retail theft, and was arrested Dec. 2 in Fox Lake. Her bond was set at $20,000, and she was assigned a court date of Dec. 9.

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Daniel Morales, 33, of the 34000 block of N Piper Lane, Unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of having a warrant for contempt of court, and was arrested Dec. 3 in Lake Villa. His bond was set at $5,000 (full cash), and he was assigned a court date of Jan. 11, 2021.

CRIMINAL SEXUAL ASSAULT

Carlos A. Alfaro-Sanchez, 31, of the 300 block of George Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of having a warrant for criminal sexual assault, aggravated criminal sexual abuse, and was arrested Dec. 3 in Waukegan. His bond was set at $500,000, and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 9.

VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

Domitila Ruiz-Serrano, 41, of Long Grove, is accused of having a warrant for violation of an order of protection, and was arrested Dec. 3 in Long Grove. Bond was set at $5,000, and Ruiz-Serrano was assigned a court date of Jan. 5, 2021.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL

• Abdiel H. Ortiz Torres, 23, of the 2000 block of Elizabeth Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Dec. 4 at Russel and Delany roads, Unincorporated Zion. bond was set at $3,000, and Ortiz Torress was assigned a court date of Jan. 25, 2021.
• Harvey M. Torres, 26, of the 4200 block of Tiger Lilly Lane, Gurnee, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Dec. 4 at N Delany Road and Grove Avenue, Gurnee. His bond was set at $3,000, and he was assigned a court date of Feb. 3, 2021.
• Kevin L. Hunt, 21, of the 0-100 block of Fox Hunt Trail, Hawthorn Woods, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, on Dec. 5 at Route 12 and Hartigan Road, Volo. His bone was set at $3,000, and he was assigned a court date of Jan. 31, 2021.
• Krzysztof M. Kowal, 28, of the 3700 block of N Kildare Avenue, Chicago, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, aggravated speeding (77 MPH in a 45 MPH zone). Bond was set at $3,000, and Kowal was assigned a court date of Feb. 3, 2021.

THEFT

Bette Nicotra-Lemke, 56, of the 500 block of Hiawatha Drive, Carol Stream, is accused of having a warrant for theft, money laundering, and was arrested Dec. 4 in the 900 block of Touhy Avenue, Elk Grove Village. Her bond was set at $40,000, and she was assigned a court date of Dec. 30.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

Lizeth Favela, 35, of the 1600 block of Woodbine Drive, Round Lake Beach, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested Dec. 5 at Fairfield and Bonner roads, Unincorporated Wauconda. Bond was set at $1,500.

BATTERY

Timothy Williams, 63, of the 35600 block of N Oakwood Avenue, Ingleside, is accused of battery, and was arrested Dec. 6 in Ingleside. His bond was set t $1,500, and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 21.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A FIREARM

Jowan R. Macon 23, of the 35600 block of N Oakwood Avenue, Ingleside, is accused of unlawful possession of a firearm, and was arrested Dec. 6 in Ingleside. Bond was set at $1,500, and Macon was assigned a court date of Dec. 28.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

Gerado Castrejon, 36, of Unincorporated Anitoch, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested Dec. 6 in Unincorporated Antioch. His bond was set at $25,000, and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 11.
