Man Accused Of Reckless Discharge Of Firearm: Lake County Blotter

ARRESTS

OBSTRUCTING IDENTIFICATION

Wendy A. Slusher, 29, of the 300 block of Brier Hill Lane, Round Lake Park, is accused of having a warrant for obstructing identification from the Chicago Police Department, and was arrested Nov. 16 in the 24500 block of W Passavant Avenue, Unincorporated Round Lake. Her bond was set at $5,000 and her next court date was to be determined by the Chicago Police Department.

THEFT OF VEHICLE

Jason A. Swider, 39, of the 1200 block of Main Street, Spring Grove, is accused of theft of vehicle, possession of a stolen vehicle, driving while license revoked, possession of drug paraphernalia, and was arrested Nov. 16 at Route 59 and Beach Grove Road, Unincorporated Antioch. His bond was set at $35,000, and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 10.

THEFT

Tyler J. Acevedo, 22, of the 700 block of Main Street, Antioch, is accused of having a warrant for theft, and was arrested on Nov. 17 in the 0-100 block of S Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, Waukegan. His bond was set at $50,000, and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 8.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

• David C. Rupp, 61, of the 33000 block of N Cove Road, Unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of driving while license revoked, and was arrested Nov. 17 at Cove Road and Woodland Terrace, Unincorporated Grayslake. His bond was set at $1,500.
• Timothy M. McNeely, 36, of the 500 block of Middlebury Drive, Lake Villa, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Nov. 17 at Route 173 and Redwing Parkway, Unincorporated Antioch. His bond was set at $1,500.
• John Brewer, 30, of the 35700 block of N Benjamin Ave., Ingleside, is accused of having a warrant for driving while license revoked, and was arrested Nov. 18 in Ingleside. His bond was set at $20,000, and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 9.
• Tiona M. Richard, 18, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Nov. 20 at 33rd Street and Sheridan Road, Zion. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Tommy L. Miller, 39, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Nov. 20 at 33rd Street and Sheridan Road, Zion. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Sean P. Schuman, 41, of Trevor, Wisconsin, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested Nov. 21 at Route 41 and Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Randall L. Schoenke, 48, of the 33100 block of N Cove Road, Wildwood, is accused of having a warrant for driving while license suspended, and was arrested Nov. 22 in Wildwood. His bond was set at $20,000, and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 16.
• Josue R. Rocha, 23, of the 600 block of N Greenview, Mundelein, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested Nov. 22 at Route 83 and Route 22 in Long Grove. Bond was set at $1,500.

AGGRAVATED SPEEDING

• Oralia Guidno-Perez, 41, of the 400 block of Brierhill Drive, Round Lake Park, is accused of speeding (81 miles per hour/45 mph zone), and was arrested Nov. 17 at Route 45 and Rollins Road, Unincorporated Gurnee. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Terry T. Jones, 44, of the 900 block of W 21st Place, Chicago, is accused of aggravated speeding (80 MPH in a 50 MPH zone) and was arrested Nov. 20 at Route 41 and Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth. His bond was set at $1,500.
• Sidney Wright, 58, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of aggravated speeding (80 MPH in a 50 MPH zone), and was arrested Nov. 21 at Route 41 and Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $1,500.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A STOLEN VEHICLE

Michael J. Tangney, Jr., 29, of the 300 block of Northgate Road, Lindenhurst, is accused of unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle, and was arrested Nov. 19 in the 38500 block of N Lakeside Place, Unincorporated Antioch. His bond was set at $50,000, and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 9.

AGGRAVATED DOMESTIC BATTERY

Bill Hondropoulos, 40, of Grayslake, is accused of having a warrant for aggravated domestic battery, domestic battery, resisting a peace officer, and was arrested at Nov. 19 in the Grayslake. His bond was set at $50,000, and he was assigned a court date of Jan. 8.

BURGLARY

David W. Smallwood, 41, of the 25000 block of W Rollins Road, Ingleside, is accused of having a warrant out of Saline County for burglary, and was arrested Nov. 20 in the Route 12 and Russel Drive, Volo. His bond was set at $25,000, and his next court date was to be determined in Saline County.

RECKLESS DISCHARGE OF A FIREARM

Rickey D. Griffin, 45, of the 34600 block of Hiawatha Trail, McHenry, is accused of reckless discharge of a firearm, and was arrested Nov. 20 in the 34600 block of N Nokomis Trail, McHenry. His bond was set at $25,000, and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 8.

MANUFACTURING/DELIVERY OF THC

Antwaun M. Scott, 24, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is accused of having a warrant out of Racine, Wisconsin, for manufacturing/delivery of THC, and was arrested Nov. 20 at Route 41 and Delany Road, Gurnee. He was assigned a court date of Dec. 22.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

Steven D. Groh, 36, of Beach Park, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested Nov. 20 in Beach Park, His bone was set at $5,000, and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 25.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

• Latoia Powell, 44, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is accused of no driver's license, no insurance, and was arrested Nov. 20 at Route 41 and Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Viviana Hernandez-Rangel, 31, of the 500 block of Oakwood Drive, Round Lake Beach, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested on Nov. 20 at W Stearns School and Hutchins roads, Old Mill Creek. Bond was set at $1,500.

STREET RACING

Eric J. Fonseca, 20, of the 38500 block of N Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of street racing, and was arrested on Nov. 20 at Route 41 and Route 173, Wadsworth. His bond was set at $1,500.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGS

• Princess R.P. Raggs, 20, of the 200 block of E Hawthorn Drive, Round Lake Beach, is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, aggravated speeding (83 MPH in a 45 MPH zone), no driver's license, illegal transportation of cannabis, and was arrested Nov. 20 at Rollins and Sheldon roads, Grayslake. Her bond was set at $3,000, and she was assigned a court date of Dec. 23.
• Marina Naydenov, 41, of the 3400 block of Ridgeland Avenue, Berwyn, is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, and was arrested Nov. 22 at I-94 and Route 176, Green Oaks. Her bond was set at $3,000, and she was assigned a court date of Feb. 3, 2021.

UNLAWFUL TRANSPORTATION OF CANNABIS

Aryanna A.M. Harlan, 19, of the 1600 block of Sunset Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of unlawful transportation of cannabis, and was arrested Nov. 20 at Green Bay and Wadsworth roads, Beach Park.

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Charles H. Wade, 56, of the 2500 block of Dunlay Court, Waukegan, is accused of having a warrant for contempt of court, and was arrested Nov. 20 in the 3200 block of Belvidere Road, Park City. His bond was set at $2,000, and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 10.

ESCAPE

Frederick J. Straza, 38, of the 23500 block of N Cottage Road, Unincorporated Lake Zurich, is accused of having a warrant for escape, and was arrested Nov. 20 in the 3700 block of Greenleaf Avenue, Island Lake. His bond was set at $250,000, and he was scheduled to appear in court on Nov 25.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL

• Alejandro Celaya, 23, of the 0-100 block of N Ridgemoor Avenue, Mundelein, is accused of having a warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Nov. 21 in Mundelein. He was sentenced to two days in jail.
• Eric L. Williams, 42, of the 1700 block of Glenn Drive, North Chicago, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Nov. 21 at Route 60 and Conway Farms Road, Lake Forest. His bond was set at $3,000, and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 20.
