Man Gets Boating While Intoxicated Charge At Local Lake: Blotter

LAKE COUNTY, IL — The following information comes from the Lake County Sheriff's Office and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. ARRESTS

VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

Caroline A. Strasky, 33, of the 500 block of Richard Brown Boulevard, Volo, is accused of violation of an order of protection, fleeing to elude, and was arrested July 26 in Volo. Her bond was set at $50,000 and she was assigned a court date of Aug. 25.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

• Jose Gonzalez, 63, of the 200 block of Route 59, Ingleside, is accused of driving while license revoked, and was arrested July 26 in the 26200 block of Route 83, Unincorporated Mundelein. His bond was set at $1,500.
• Robert J. Callen, 35, of the 600 block of Marine Drive, Wauconda, is accused of having a warrant out of McHenry County for driving while license suspended, and was arrested July 26 in the 26300 block of Riverwoods Road, Mettawa. His bond was set at $15,000 and he was assigned a court date in McHenry County was to be determined at the time of the report.
• Orin C. Thompson, 21, of the 39100 block of N Geraghty Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested July 29 at Yorkhouse and Green Bay roads., Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Heriberto Hernandez, Jr., 32, of the 3000 block of Falling Waters Lane, Lindenhurst, is accused of driving while license revoked, suspended registration, no insurance, and was arrested July 31 at Grand Avenue and Sand Lake Road, Lindenhurst. His bond was set at $2,000.

BATTERY

• Collin M. Schneider, 21, of the 19300 block of W Prospect Drive, Unincorporated Mundelein, is accused of battery, and was arrested July 26 at Route 60 and Fairfield Road, Unincorporated Grayslake. His bond was set at $1,500 and he was assigned a court date of Aug. 11.
• Dylonn Williams, 22, of the 1900 block of Gidoen Avenue, Zion, is accused of battery, and was arrested July 28 at the Lake County Jail. He was being held there on other charges and was assigned a court date of Aug. 5.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Emanuel B. Sanchez-Romero, 21, of the 25600 block of N Gilmer Road, Unincorporated Mundelein, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested July 26 in the 30000 block of N Fairfield Road, Unincorporated Grayslake. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 1. His bond was set at $7,500 and he was assigned a court date in Cook County was to be determined at the time of the report.
• Tracie P. Pierce, 53, of Union, Kentucky, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested July 30 at Route 176 and St. Mary's Road, Green Oaks. Her bond was set at $3,000 and she was assigned a court date of Sept. 8.
• Abraham J. Ramirez, 34, of the 9000 block of Capitol Drive, Des Plaines, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, and was arrested July 30 at Route 12 and Big Hollow Road, Fox Lake. His bond was set at $100,000 and he was assigned a court date of Aug. 4.
• Edith Ciriaco, 27, of the 3400 block of N Sheridan Road, Zion, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, aggravated speeding (75 mph in a 40 mph zone), driving while license suspended, unlawful use of a driver's license, no insurance, and was arrested July 30 at Sheridan and Wadsworth roads, Beach Park. His bond is set at $3,000 and she was assigned a court date of Sept. 15.
• Carisis L. Zuaznabar, 33, of the 1400 block of Mayfair Lane, Grayslake, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, endangering the life of a child, no insurance, and was arrested July 31 in the 14000 block of W Meyer Road, Unincorporated Gurnee. Bond was set at $3,000 and Zuaznabar was assigned a court date of Sept. 8.
• Ivan C. Alfaro, 38, of the 900 block of Belle Plaine Avenue, Gurnee, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested July 31 at Route 132 and O'Plaine Road, Gurnee. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 8.
• Bryan G. Eatmon, 33, of the 1700 block of Golf Road, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, aggravated speeding (85 mph in a 40 mph zone), reckless driving, and was arrested July 31 at Sheridan and Yorkhouse roads, Beach Park. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 15.
• Andres Alvarez Santellano, 23, of the 500 block of Will Street, Park City, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of cannabis, and was arrested July 31 at Tanqueray Drive and Sterling Court, Grayslake. Bond was set at $3,00 and Santellano was assigned a court date of Aug. 25.
• Jerry S. Donnelly, 26, of the 0-100 block of Ridgeland Avenue, Fox Lake, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol and was arrested July 31 at Grass Lake Road and Kathryn Drive, Unincorporaed Antioch. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 8.

LAST WEEK: Drug Induced Homicide Charge For Zion Man

PAROLE VIOLATION

Cotey W. Upchurch, 27, of the 12700 block of W Adelaide Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of having a warrant for a parole violation from the Wisconsin Department of Corrections, and was arrested July 27 in the 200 block of W Water Street, Waukegan. Upchurch was given no bond and a court date with the WDOC was to be determined at the time of the report.

THEFT

Paige M. Pickens, 34, no permanent address, is accused of theft, and was arrested July 28 in the 31200 block of N Route 45, Unincorporated Libertyville. Her bond was set at $500,000 and she was assigned a court date of Aug. 4.

SUSPENDED REGISTRATION

Taj X. Mitchell, 26, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of suspended registration, no insurance, and was arrested July 29 at Yorkhouse and Green Bay roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $2,000.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

Brett H. Gorby, 49, of Valparaiso, Indiana, is accused of no driver's license, no insurance, and was arrested July 30 at Route 41 and Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $2,000.

OPERATING WATERCRAFT UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL

Edgar B. Villfuerte, 25, of the 900 block of Berry Street, Elburn, is accused of operating a watercraft under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested July 31 at Pistakee Lake. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Sept 15.
