Man Interferes With Emergency Call: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter
The unincorporated Lake Villa resident was arrested Sunday, according to police.

Katina M. Hardy, 42, of the 2100 block of Carmel Boulevard, Zion, had a warrant for contempt of court, and was arrested Sept. 23 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. A court date of Oct. 7 was assigned.

Stephen Tracy-Kavoukian, 34, of the 23700 block of N. Lakeside Drive, unincorporated Lake Zurich, had a warrant for violating an order of protection, and was arrested Sept. 23 in the 23700 block of N. Lakeside Drive, unincorporated Lake Zurich. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of this report and was assigned a court date of Oct. 22.
DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED
- David M. Hogan, 30, of the 26500 block of N. Cherrywood Lane, unincorporated Wauconda, had a warrant out of McHenry County for driving while license suspended, and was arrested Sept. 23 at Route 12 and Plum Grove Road, Deer Park. A future court date was to be determined in McHenry County at the time of the report.
- Autumn N. Pitts, 31, of the 0-100 block of Prairie View Court, North Chicago, is accused of driving while license revoked, and was arrested Sept. 25 at Lewis Avenue and Prairie View Court, Waukegan. She was released following her arrest.
FLEEING TO ELUDE
Emmanuel Flores, 19, of the 1800 block of N. Nicole Lane, Round Lake Beach, is accused of fleeing to elude, and was arrested Sept. 23 in the 37600 block of N. Lake Shore Drive, unincorporated Lake Villa. He was released following his arrest.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
- Johnny Phelps, 50, of the 1600 block of Albany Street, Grayslake, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Sept. 24 at Rollins Road and Drury Avenue, unincorporated Round Lake. He was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 23.
- Fernando Salazar, 35, of the 800 block of 8th Street, Waukegan, is accused of DUI alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, child endangerment, no insurance, and was arrested Sept. 28 in the 14000 block of Route 176, unincorporated Lake Bluff. He was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 30.
- April L. Bucklew, 55, of Twin Lakes, Wisconsin, is accused of aggravated DUI, no insurance, and was arrested Sept. 29 at Route 173 and Maple Avenue, unincorporated Antioch. She was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of Oct. 1.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
Michael S. Cannon, 70, of the 900 block of Taylor Drive, Gurnee, is accused of disorderly conduct, and was arrested Sept. 24 in the 1500 block of Lorelai Drive, Zion. He was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 16.
BATTERY
- Andy E. Padedes, 29, of the 24300 block of W. Tyler Avenue, unincorporated Round Lake, is accused of battery, and was arrested Sept. 25 in the 24300 block of W. Tyler Avenue, unincorporated Round Lake. He was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 9.
- Larry J. Barela, 24, no permanent address, had a warrant for battery, and was arrested Sept. 28 in the 39000 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 10.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A WEAPON
Alma Cruz-Espinoza, 33, of the 500 block of North Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of unlawful possession of a weapon, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Sept. 25 at Green Bay Road and Argonne Drive, North Chicago. They were released and assigned a court date of Oct. 9.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA
Richard A. Tomassetti, 60, of the 2000 block of Comanche Trail, Round Lake Beach, is accused of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and was arrested Sept. 26 at Cedar Lake Road and Countryside Lane, Round Lake Beach. He was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 30.
NO DRIVER'S LICENSE
Tristian A. Rice, 18, of the 18600 block of W. Old Gages Lake Road, Gages Lake, is accused of no driver's license, suspended registration, and was arrested Sept. 27 at Route 45 and Washington Street, Third Lake. He was released following his arrest.
PAROLE VIOLATION
George G. Kloss-Bliznick, 27, of the 5300 block of Cleveland Drive, McHenry, had a warrant out of Wisconsin for a parole violation, new charges of unlawful use of an ID card, obstructing identification, and was arrested Sept. 27 at Monaville and Fairfield roads, unincorporated Lake Villa. A future court date with the Wisconsin Department of Corrections was to be determined at the time of the report.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF LSD
Jeremy D. Johnson, 34, of Salem, Wisconsin, is accused of unlawful possession of LSD, unlawful possession of meth, unlawful possession of cocaine, driving while license revoked, no insurance, and was arrested Sept. 27 at Cedar Lake and Rollins roads, Round Lake Beach. He was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 15.
ENDANGERING THE LIFE OF A CHILD
Lesley Arizmendi, 26, of the 1500 block of W. Beach Road, Waukegan, is accused of endangering the life of a child, and was arrested Sept. 28 at Beach and Sheridan roads, Beach Park. She was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 28.
RESISTING ARREST
Scottie R. Altpeter, 36, of the 18100 block of W. Valley Drive, unincorporated Grayslake, had a warrant out of Cook County for resisting arrest, and was arrested Sept. 29 in the 18100 block of W. Valley Drive, unincorporated Grayslake. A future court date in Cook County was to be determined at the time of the report.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Gabriel Garcia, 25, of the 25100 block of W. Arcade Drive, unincorporated Lake Villa, had a warrant for criminal damage to property, and was arrested Sept. 29 in the 25100 block of W. Arcade Drive, unincorporated Lake Villa. He was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 24.
INTERFERENCE WITH EMERGENCY COMMUNICATION
Elias Rivera, 47, of the 21800 block of Gelden Road, unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of interference with emergency communication, and was arrested Sept. 29 in the 21800 block of Gelden Road, unincorporated Lake Villa. He was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 6.
