Man Nabbed On Child Sex Assault Warrant: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter
The 50-year-old had a warrant for predatory criminal sexual assault of a child and aggravated criminal sexual assault.

Daniel W. Luitze, 50, of the 36600 block of N. Elizabeth Drive, unincorporated Lake Villa, had a warrant for predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, aggravated criminal sexual assault, and was arrested March 3 in the 36600 block of N. Elizabeth Drive, unincorporated Lake Villa. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report with a court date of March 26 assigned.
AGGRAVATED FLEEING TO ELUDE

Raymond P. Underwood, 32, of the 25300 block of Highland Avenue, unincorporated Antioch, is accused of aggravated fleeing to elude, reckless driving, driving while license revoked, aggravated speeding (105 mph in a 45 mph zone), no insurance, and was arrested March 3 at Routes 45 and 173, unincorporated Antioch. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report with a court date of March 31 assigned.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
- Jeffrey J. Smith, 46, of the 34900 block of N. Lincoln Avenue, unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of disorderly conduct, assault, resisting a peace officer, and was arrested March 3 in the 34900 block of N. Lincoln Avenue, unincorporated Lake Villa. He was released and assigned a court date of April 16.
- Nichole Barkus, 36, of the 27400 block of Lake Shore Drive, unincorporated Lake Villa, had a warrant for disorderly conduct, and was arrested March 4 in the 37400 block of Lake Shore Drive, unincorporated Lake Villa. She was released and assigned a court date of March 12.

UNLAWFUL DELIVERY OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
Rene Rodriguez, 38, of the 38400 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of firearm ammo by a felon, and was arrested March 6 in the 38400 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. She was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and a court date of April 3 was assigned.
PAROLE VIOLATION
Alexandr Schockman, 32, of the 1N200 block of Kirk Road, Geneva, had a warrant for a parole violation, and was arrested March 7 at 1-94 and Buckley Road, Green Oaks. A future court date with the Illinois Department of Corrections was to be determined at the time of the report.
RECKLESS DRIVING
Robert Kozlov, 36, of the 38000 block of Route 59, unincorporated Lake Villa, had a warrant for reckless driving, and was arrested March 7 in the 38000 block of Route 59, unincorporated Lake Villa. He was released and assigned a court date of March 27.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
Isreal D. Medina, 34, of the 39100 block of Holdridge Avenue, Beach Park, had a warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested March 8 in the 38700 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of March 27.
