Man Violates No Stalking Order: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

LAKE COUNTY, IL — The following information comes from the Lake County Sheriff's Office and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. ARRESTS

DOMESTIC BATTERY

• Christopher D. Lugo, 30, of the 2800 block of Pine Street, Waukegan, had a warrant for domestic battery, and was arrested Aug. 1 in Waukegan. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of Aug. 30 was assigned.
• Martha A. Ortega, 41, of the 36700 block of N. Grandwood Drive, unincorporated Gurnee, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested Aug. 1 in unincorporated Gurnee. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of Aug. 26 was assigned.
• Marlon Martinez-Maldonado, 27, of the 4100 block of Greenleaf Court, Park City, had a warrant out of DuPage County for domestic battery, and was arrested Aug. 4 in Park City. Bond was not available and a future court date in DuPage County was to be determined at the time of the report.
• Andrew S. Radomski, 32, of the 42100 block of N. 5th Avenue, unincorporated Antioch, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested Aug. 5 in unincorporated Antioch, Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of Aug. 11 was assigned.
• David D. Ramage, II, 32, of the 11200 block of W. 33rd Street, Beach Park, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested Aug. 7 in Beach Park. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of Aug. 18 was assigned.

UNLAWFUL USE OF A WEAPON

Silvestre J. Flores-Guadarrama, 25, of the 1000 block of Massena Avenue, Waukegan, had a warrant for aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, possession of a firearm by a felon, drug offenses, and was arrested Aug. 1 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $25,000 and a court date of Sept. 21 was assigned.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Wladyslaw S. Zdyrski, 80, of the 1500 block of Harbour Drive, Wheeling, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, fleeing and eluding, resisting a peace officer, and was arrested Aug. 3 at Routes 59 and 22, Lake Barrington. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Sept. 14 was assigned.
• Enrique J. Saenz, 37, of the 200 block of Sherman Place, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Aug. 6 at Route 173 and Lewis Avenue, Zion. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Aug. 24 was assigned.
• Mario M. Pedraza, 30, of the 2800 block of W. Grove Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Aug. 7 at Wadsworth Road and Lewis Avenue, Waukegan. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Sept. 7 was assigned.

VIOLATING A NO STALKING ORDER

Parker Rohde, 56, of the 33600 block of N. Gages Lake Road, unincorporated Grayslake, had a warrant for violating a no stalking order/no contact order, and was arrested Aug. 3 in unincorporated Grayslake. Bond was set at $350,000 and a court date of Aug. 12 was assigned.

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Keith M. Roberts, 42, of the 23500 block of W. Briar Terrace, unincorporated Anitoch, had a warrant for contempt of court, and was arrested Aug. 4 in the 0-100 block of N. County Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $8,000 and a court date of Sept. 13 was assigned.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Kelly A. Barrett, 56, of the 300 block of N. Ash Street, Waukegan, is accused of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Aug. 5 in the 0-100 block of S. MLK Jr. Avenue, Waukegan. Bond was set at $250,000 and a court date of Aug. 10 was assigned.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO RESIDENCE

Victoria A. Bogatova, 25, of the 1500 block of Yew Court, Gurnee, is accused of criminal trespass to residence, resisting arrest, obstructing identification, and was arrested Aug. 5 in the 41500 block of N. Sheridan Road, unincorporated Zion. Bond was set at $15,000 and a court date of Aug. 15 was assigned.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A WEAPON BY A FELON

Jermal A. Johnson, 32, of the 1800 block of Jackson Street, North Chicago, is accused of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, driving while license revoked, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Aug. 6 at Geraghty Avenue and Pickford Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $100,000 and a court date of Aug. 30 was assigned.
