Marriott Lincolnshire Resort is For Sale
A buyer is already in place, reports indicate.
The Marriott Lincolnshire Resort is being put for for sale by Strategic Hotels & Resorts, which has said the 389-room property does not fit in with the company’s “high-end hotel portfolio,” according to Crain’s Chicago.
Strategic executives told analysts last week they have hired Downers Grove-based Jameson & Co. to sell the hotel off Milwaukee Avenue and that firm has already lined up a buyer.
