Mitchell Pool Reopening Following Mechanical Issue: Park District
The Deerfield pool had been closed since last Friday due to an "unforeseen" issue, according to officials.
DEERFIELD, IL — After being closed for nearly a week, Mitchell Pool is set to reopen at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, according to Deerfield Park District officials. An "unforeseen" mechanical issue shut down the public pool last weekend, but the problem has been resolved.
Mitchell Pool will be open Thursday until 8:30 p.m. Mitchell Pool and Deerspring Pool will return to regular scheduled hours beginning Friday.
