Money Laundering Charge For McHenry Man: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

FAILURE OF SEXUAL OFFENDER TO REPORT CHANGE OF ADDRESS

A warrant was obtained for Ronald J. Brown, 51, of the 500 block of May Street, Waukegan, for failure of sexual offender to report change of address on Feb. 14 in the 39600 block of Queensbury Lane, Beach Park. Bond was set at $100,000 and a. future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.

THEFT

• Kamilia K. Henley, 40, of the 400 block of Oakwood Drive, unincorporated Barrington, is accused of theft, and was arrested Feb. 14 in the 400 block of E. Oakwood Drive, unincorporated Barrington. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of March 15 was assigned.
• A warrant was obtained for Julio Cruz-Barrientos, 43, of the 2400 block of N. Villa Lane, McHenry, for theft, money laundering, on Feb. 15 in the 30500 block of Russell Road, Volo. Bond was set at $150,000 and a future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.

VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

• Denise J. Deinhart, 52, of the 900 block of Delany Road, Gurnee, is accused of violation of an order of protection, obstructing justice, and was arrested Feb. 14 in the 900 block of Delany Road, Gurnee. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of Feb. 22 was assigned.
• Pawel Kulikowski, 50, of the 42500 block of N. Forest Lane, unincorporated Antioch, is accused of violation of an order of protection, and was arrested Feb. 15 in the 42500 block of N. Forest Lane, unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $25,000 and a court date of March 2 was assigned.

BATTERY

Dalance M. Robinson, 23, of the 0-100 block of Paxson Avenue, Calumet City, is accused of battery, and was arrested Feb. 15 at Lake County Jail. There was no bond as Robinson was being held on other charges and a court date of March 21 was assigned.

POSSESSION OF A STOLEN MOTOR VEHICLE

Cory D. Meyerin, 43, of the 28200 block of Stewart Avenue, unincorporated Spring Grove, is accused of possession of a stolen motor vehicle, and was arrested Feb. 16 in the 28200 block of Stewart Avenue, unincorporated Spring Grove. Bond was set at $100,000 and a court date of March 9 was assigned.

VIOLATION OF BAIL BOND

• Sarah L. Rosing, 40, of the 10200 block of W. Crissy Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of violation of bail bond, and was arrested Feb. 16 in the 10200 block of W. Crissy Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of March 17 was assigned.
• Todd T. Morrison, Jr., 22, of the 12600 block of W. Chaplin Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of violation of bail bond, resisting a peace officer, criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct, and was arrested Feb. 19 in the 12600 block of Chaplin Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was to be determined at the time of the report and a court date of Feb. 21 was assigned.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Diego Cruz-Cruz, 31, of the 2900 block of Gabriel Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Feb. 18 in the 38900 block of N. Lewis Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of March 29 was assigned.
• Alejandro Garcia, 19, of the 1000 block of S. Elmwood Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Feb. 18 at Wadsworth Road and Gabriel Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of March 22 was assigned.
• Ruben Martinez-Avila, 51, of the 12300 block of W. Wadsworth Road, Beach Park, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Feb. 19 at Route 120 and Knight Parkway, Park City. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of March 22 was assigned.
• Michael J. Otto, 28, of the 20700 block of W. Rollins Road, unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Feb. 19 in the 25300 block of Highland Avenue, unincorporated Antioch. Bond was to be determined at the time of the report and a court date of Feb. 21 was assigned.
