The Fifth Annual Chicago Evening of Tribute event raises awareness and monies for the Naval Special Warfare community and its families. Hosted by The Navy Seal Foundation, the event will take place on Wednesday, September 14 at The Hilton Chicago at 6 p.m. All proceeds will further the foundation’s mission in providing immediate and ongoing support to Navy Seals and their families.
Funds from previous years have allowed for the foundation to assist a population of about 8,900 people and grant 330 scholarships. Additionally, the foundation assists Navy Seals in transitioning from active duty military service to civilian life through workshops and programs focused on creating corporate leaders from military professionals entering the workforce for the first time. Military families can rest assured that they will be empowered during times their loved ones’ are deployed and know he or she will have the necessary tools and resources for post-service career success.
The 5th Annual Chicago Evening of Tribute event will allow The Navy Seal Foundation to continue providing a comprehensive set of programs designed to improve health and welfare, build and enhance resiliency, empower and educate families, and provide critical support during times of illness, injury, and loss. This year’s event will feature dinner and a special program. Tickets, which must be purchased in advance and are available starting at $2,500 to $100,000.
