North Shore Art League to host reception for 'View: The Kitchen Table', Feb. 5, 6:30-8 p.m., Winnetka Community House, 620 Lincoln.

The North Shore Art League invites the community to its first annual installation of original works all inspired by the heart of the home -- the kitchen! The opening wine and cheese reception for ‘View: The Kitchen Table’ will be held in the League’s second floor gallery space at the Winnetka Community House, 620 Lincoln Avenue, Winnetka on Thursday evening, February 5, 6:30-8:00 pm. Come meet the artists and join NSAL for the opening reception. This exhibit will feature over 120 pieces by over 65 artists, including painting, drawing, printmaking, photography and mixed media. The show will be on display -- with most artwork for sale -- through Monday, March 16, 2015. Revenue from the show is dedicated to funding NSAL’s school, outreach and communications. The North Shore Art League is a not-for-profit organization, now in its 91st year, dedicated to enriching the human spirit and the life of its community through art education and exhibitions. For more information about its quality classes, workshops, programs and special events, contact the NSAL office at 847-446-2870 or visit its website, www.northshoreartleague.org.
