Northbrook Walmart Application Delayed

The following update was included in this week's Northbrook Village staff memo.

Northbrook staff has reviewed Walmart's zoning application and determined the application will need to be revised and reviewed again before the application can reach the Northbrook Plan Commission's public hearing.  

If Walmart resubmits an application in the next two weeks and staff determines that the resubmitted application materials are ready for public hearing, the earliest the public hearing could be Tuesday, July 16.
