ARRESTS

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Nicole Lynne Alexander, 43, of the 200 block of Green Bay Road, North Chicago, had a warrant for contempt of court, and was arrested May 23 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date of June 7 was assigned.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

• Dartanion Smith, 34 of Kenosha, Wisconsin, had a warrant for aggravated domestic battery, and was arrested May 23 at Sheridan and Yorkhouse roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of June 15 was assigned.
• Corrie R. Vandervere, 36, of the 10500 block of W. Talmadge Avenue, Beach Park, had a warrant for aggravated domestic battery, and was arrested May 23 in the 38600 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $100,000 and a court date of June 1 was assigned.
• Ivan Hernandez Reyes, 30, of the 38700 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested May 29 in Beach Park. Bond was set at $25,000 and a court date of June 7 was assigned.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

• Keith A. Justus, 32, of the 21500 block of W. Engle Drive, unincorporated Lake Villa, had a warrant out of Wisconsin for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested May 24 at W. Morton Drive and N. Lawrence Avenue, unincorporated Lake Villa. Bond was set at $75,000 and a court date of June 10 was assigned.
• Mario C. Garcia, 25, of the 400 block of N. Poplar Street, Waukegan, had a warrant out of DuPage County for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested May 25, in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $10,000 and a future court date in DuPage County was to be determined at the time of the report.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA

Lisa Stang, 35, of the 21500 block of W. Engle Drive, unincorporated Lake Villa, had a warrant out of McHenry County for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and was arrested May 24 at W. Morton Drive and N. Lawrence Avenue, unincorporated Lake Villa. Bond was set at $7,500 and a future court date in McHenry County was to be determined at the time of the report.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

• Latoya Jenkins, 37, of the 2400 block of Carmel Boulevard, Zion, is accused of driving while license suspended, no valid registration, and was arrested May 25 at Lewis Avenue and Richard Place, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Brandi A. Davis, 42, of the 2200 block of Sherman Avenue, North Chicago, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested May 25 at Lewis Avenue and Beach Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Ellis A. Townsend, 24, of the 700 block of Knight Avenue, Park City, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested May 25 at Route 41 and Bittersweet Avenue, North Chicago. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Henry L. Brown, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of driving while license revoked, and was arrested May 26, at Sheridan Road and Ames Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Demontae M. Collins, 33, of Racine, Wisconsin, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested May 27 at 33rd Street and McAree Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $2,000.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Alejandro Hernandez-Balanzar, 44, of the 900 block of N. Cedar Lane Road, Round Lake Beach, had a warrant out of Winnebago County for disorderly conduct, and was arrested May 26 in the 24700 block of N. Norelius Avenue, unincorporated Round Lake. There was no bond and a future court date in Winnebago County was to be determined at the time of the report.

THEFT

Titus E. Wright, 32, of the 28200 block of W. Stewart Avenue, unincorporated Spring Grove, is accused of theft, and was arrested May 26 in unincorporated Spring Grove. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of June 10 was assigned.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Cassidy L. Cheek, 26, of the 10300 block of W. California Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, driving while license revoked, no insurance, and was arrested May 26, at Gages Lake Road and Evergreen Drive, Gages Lake. Bond was set at $30,000 and a court date of June 28 was assigned.
• Mason R. Aron, 43, of the 4300 block of Squires Green, Richmond, is accused of operating watercraft under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested May 26 at Grass Lake. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of June 22 was assigned.
• Bryanna R. Blackard, 39, of the 150 block of Sand Bar Court, Round Lake Beach, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested May 27 in the 34700 block of N. Catherine Street, Ingleside. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of July 13 was assigned.
• Francis J. Shaker, 28, of the 100 block of Kenilworth Avenue, Oak Park, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested May 27 at Route 12 and Old McHenry Road, unincorporated Wauconda. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of July 13 was assigned.
• Steven J. Nieves, 37, of the 2700 block of Jacquelyn Lane, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, possession of more than 30 grams of cannabis, and was arrested May 28 at Lewis and Leland avenues, Waukegan. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of June 15 was assigned.
• Brian J. Scalet, 41, of the 600 block of S. Jade Lane, Round Lake, is accused of operating a watercraft under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested May 28 at Grass Lake. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of July 20 was assigned.
• Adrian L. Garcia, 22, of the 500 block of Cummings Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license suspended, no insurance, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested May 29 at Kilbourne Avenue and Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of July 15 was assigned.
• Victor G. Vlahos, 62, of the 500 block of Redwing Drive, Round Lake Beach, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, and was arrested May 29 in the 32200 block of Route 12, Volo. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of July 6 was assigned.

VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

William G. Gordon, 63, of the 37400 block of N. Grand Boulevard, unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of violation of an order of protection, and was arrested May 28 at Hampshire Drive and Lake Shore Boulevard, Lake Villa. Bond was set at $25,000 and a court date of June 1 was assigned.
