Jennifer Figueroa, 38, of the 1500 block of Muirfield Lane, Waukegan, had a warrant for aggravated assault and was arrested Nov. 21 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $100,000 and a court date of Nov. 29 was assigned.

  • Ignacio Antionio-Santiago, 35, of the 1400 block of E. Ports O'Call Drive, Palatine, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Nov. 22 at Route 83 and Hilltop Road, Long Grove. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Jan. 4, 2023, was assigned.
  • Freddie Cervantes, 43, of the 5700 block of 21st Street, Cicero, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Nov. 23 at 33rd Street and Green Bay Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Jan. 4 was assigned.
  • Jaime Roman Pacheco, 25, of the 900 block of Pheasant Run, Zion, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Nov. 23 at Lewis Avenue and Oaks Drive, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Dec. 28 was assigned.
  • Katie C. Jaeger, 34, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, fleeing to elude, and was arrested Nov. 27 at Route 59 and W. Beach Avenue, unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Jan. 11, 2023, was assigned.
  • Jose D. Ozuna-Reyes, 29, of the 700 block of 29, Highland Park, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license suspended, and was arrested Nov. 27 at Yorkhouse Road and Lewis Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Jan. 11, 2o23 was assigned.

THEFT

Nicholas S. Lusson, 33, of the 41500 block of N. Route 41, Wadsworth, had a warrant for theft, and was arrested Nov. 22, in Wadsworth. There was no bond and a court date of Dec. 14 was assigned.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Elizabeth A. Sebesta, 38, of the 600 block of E. Elm Road, Lake Forest, had a warrant for disorderly conduct, and was arrested Nov. 23 in the 300 block of Greenleaf Road, Park City. Bond was set at $30,000 and a court date of Nov. 29 was assigned.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO PROPERTY

Brendan D. Walz, 53, of the 200 block of S. Galena Avenue, Freeport, had a warrant out of Stephenson County for criminal trespass to property, and was arrested Nov. 24 at Route 12 and Wynstone Drive, Lake Barrington. Bond was set at $1,000 and a future court date in Stephenson County was to be determined at the time of the report.

VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

  • Emily L. Smith, 34, of the 38300 block of 4th Avenue, unincorporated Spring Grove, had a warrant for violation of an order of protection, and was arrested Nov. 24 at Route 12 and Grande Avenue, Fox Lake. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of Nov. 29 was assigned.
  • David A. Orsini, 32, of the 800 block of Mansfield Court, Schaumburg, is accused of violation of an order of protection, and was arrested Nov. 25 in the 28600 block of W. North Street, unincorporated Barrington. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of Dec. 7 was assigned.
