Gregg Joesten, 60, of the 400 block of Lakepoint Drive, unincorporated Barrington, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested May 29 in the 400 block of Lakepoint Drive, unincorporated Barrington. Bond was set at $25,000 and a court date of June 7 was assigned.

  • Kandi L. Smith, 36, of the 26200 block of N. Violet Drive, unincorporated Mundelein, had a warrant for battery, and was arrested May 29 in the 26200 block of N. Violet Drive, unincorporated Mundelein. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of June 8 was assigned.
  • Reginald Ingram, 20, of the 2300 block of Western Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of battery, and was arrested May 30 at the Lake County Jail. He was already being held on other charges, so there was no bond, and a court date of June 29 was assigned.
  • Jadon Gabriel, 21, of the 0-100 block of Austin Avenue, Carpentersville, is accused of battery, and was arrested May 30 at Route 83 and Hilltop Drive, Long Grove. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of June 31 was assigned.
  • Jesus I. Vargas, 30, of the 0-100 block of E. Courtland Street, Mundelein, is accused of battery, and was arrested May 31 at Lake County Jail. He was already being held on other charges, so there was no bond, and a court date of June 15 was assigned.
  • Monika Bruchert, 43, of the 600 block of E. Princeton Court, Round Lake, had a warrant for battery, and was arrested June 2 in the 600 block of E. Princeton Court, Round Lake. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of June 22 was assigned.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Ramos Hernandez-Lopez, 33, of the 3300 block of 21st Street, Zion, is accused of driving under the combination of alcohol/drugs, fleeing to elude, no driver's license, suspended registration, no insurance, and was arrested May 29 at 21st Street and Lewis Avenue, Zion. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of July 5 was assigned.
  • Gabriel G. Sage, 20, of the 14900 block of King Avenue, unincorporated Libertyville, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, failure to give aid after an accident, failure to give information following a crash, and was arrested June 2 in the 17500 block of W. Mill Creek Crossing Drive, unincorporated Gurnee. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of July 12 was assigned.
  • Ismael Ortega-Vicente, 28, of the 900 block of Kenilworth Street, Round Lake Beach, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and was arrested June 3 at W. Garcia Drive and Parma Avenue, unincorporated Lake Villa. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of July 19 was assigned.
  • Cynthia L. Terrill-Aversano, 47, of the 400 block of Brook Drive, Crystal Lake, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license suspended, driving with suspended registration, and was arrested June 3 at Route 12 and Cuba Road, Lake Zurich. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of July 19 was assigned.

AGGRAVATED BATTERY TO CORRECTIONAL OFFICER

Luke A. Brandenburg, 42, of the 2000 block of Cook Court, Waukegan, is accused of aggravated battery to a correctional officer, and was arrested May 30 at the Lake County Jail. He was already being held on other charges, so there was no bond and a court date of June 21 was assigned.

PROBATION VIOLATION

Eric R. Worthington, 37, of the 2200 block of Elisha Avenue, Zion, had a warrant out of Bond County for a probation violation, and was arrested May 31 in the 200 block of Water Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $10,000 and a future court date in Bond County was to be determined at the time of the report.

FORGERY

Ashley L. Willecke, 39, of the 37000 block of Shirley Drive, unincorporated Gurnee, had a warrant for forgery, and was arrested May 31 in the 37000 block of Shirley Drive, unincorporated Gurnee. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of June 2 was assigned.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE REVOKED/SUSPENDED

  • Giovanni P. Beltran, 25, of the 100 block of N. St. James St., Waukegan, is accused of driving while license revoked, no insurance, leaving the scene of an accident, and was arrested May 31 at Route 53 and Old McHenry Road, Long Grove. Bond was set at $1,500.
  • Brian D. Acosta Pimentel, 24, of the 1000 block of N. Plum Grove Road, Schaumburg, is accused of driving while license suspended, driving with a suspended registration, and was arrested June 3 at Routes 21 and 176, Libertyville. Bond was set at $1,500.
  • Jonathan R. Guzzo, 38, of the 0-100 block of Durham Lane, Round Lake, had a warrant out of Kendall County for driving while license suspended, and was arrested June 4 at N. Benjamin Avenue and Hickory Road, Ingleside. Bond was set at $5,000 and a future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A STOLEN VEHICLE

  • A warrant was obtained for Angel Lagunas, 21, of the 36700 block of N. Long Meadow Circle, of unincorporated Mundelein, for unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle on May 31 in the 36700 block of N. Long Meadow Circle, unincorporated Mundelein. Bond was set at $50,000 and a future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.
  • A warrant was obtained for Brandon M. Vice, 35, no permanent address, for possession of a stolen motor vehicle on June 1 at Beach Grove and Green Bay roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $200,000 and a court date was to be determined at the time of the report.

SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF A CHILD

Talik D. Mann, 26, of Clarkston, Georgia, had a warrant out of South Carolina for sexual exploitation of a child, and was arrested June 1 in the 2600 block of Paul Jones Street, North Chicago. No bond was granted and a future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.

UNLAWFUL RESTRAINT

Manuel L. Diaz, 40, of the 36300 block of N. Route 41, unincorporated Gurnee, is accused of unlawful restraint, battery, and was arrested June 2 in the 36300 block of N. Route 41, unincorporated Gurnee. Bond was set at $100,000 and a court date of June 27 was assigned.

VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

A warrant was obtained for Michael A. Hernandez, 36, of the 800 block of Raleigh Road, Mundelein, on June 3 in the 18100 block of W. Timber Lane, unincorporated Grayslake. Bond was set at $50,000 and a future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT

Jaclyn R. Marquardt, 34, of the 40800 block of N. Park Avenue, unincorporated Antioch, is accused of aggravated assault, criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct, and was arrested June 3 in the 40800 block of N. Douglas Avenue, unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of June 13 was assigned.

AGGRAVATED BATTERY TO A PREGNANT WOMAN

Alliyah N. Lanford, 26, of the 31200 block of N. Route 45, unincorporated Libertyville, is accused of aggravated battery to a pregnant woman, and was arrested June 4 in the 31200 block of N.
