Sara Danielewicz Named Head Cross Country Coach at Willows

Riverwoods resident Sara Danielewicz was recently named the head varsity cross country coach at Willows Academy in Des Plaines, an independent, college preparatory school for young women in middle school and high school. Danielewicz, an avid long-distance runner herself, took over the program at the start of the fall season. She will personally oversee both the high school and middle school cross country teams at the school. Willows, a member of the Independent School League (ISL), competes in a variety of cross country meets around the Chicagoland area.
