Sex Offender Arrested Near School Zone: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

LAKE COUNTY, IL — The following information comes from the Lake County Sheriff's Office and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

ARRESTS

DOMESTIC BATTERY

• Kaeli Y. Rivera, 19, of Beach Park, is accused of domestic battery after being arrested May 13 in the 38600 block of North Avenue in Beach Park. She was released pending a May 20 court date.
• Christine Evans, 42, of Green Oaks, is accused of domestic battery after being arrested May 17 in the 1000 block of Benson Lane in Green Oaks. She remained held in Lake County Jail pending a May 19 court date.

DUI

• Brianna M. Molidor, 20, of Round Lake Beach, is accused of DUI involving drugs/alcohol, no insurance and illegal possession of cannabis after being arrested May 13 near Route 45 and Washington Street in Third Lake. She was released pending a June 15 court date.
• Raul Manjarrez, 61, of North Chicago, is accused of DUI involving alcohol after being arrested May 14 near Green Bay and Yorkhouse roads in Beach Park. He was released pending a June 24 court date.
• Reynaldo Palacios, 24, of unincorporated Mundelein, is accused of DUI involving alcohol, open transportation of alcohol and no insurance after being arrested May 14 near Route 53 and Shiloh Drive in Long Grove. He was released pending a June 24 court date.
• Erik L. Schraps, 26, of Antioch, is accused of DUI involving alcohol, leaving the scene of a crash and open transportation of alcohol after being arrested May 15 in the 40800 block of North Douglas Avenue in unincorporated Antioch. He was released pending a June 10 court date.
• Shawdelyn Zielinski, 54, of Lake Villa, is accused of DUI involving drugs after being arrested May 16 near Route 132 and Park Avenue in unincorporated Lake Villa. She was released pending a June 17 court date.

BATTERY

• Shannon A. Santos, 49, of Hawthorn Woods, is accused of battery after being arrested May 11 in the 25900 block of Riverwoods Road in Mettawa. She was released pending a June 10 court date.
• Julian Rosas Organista, 56, of Barrington, is accused of battery after being arrested May 14 in the 28000 block of West Cuba Road in unincorporated Barrington. He was released pending a June 10 court date.

WARRANT ARRESTS

• Vincent R. Segafredo, 61, of Palatine, was arrested May 15 in the 300 block of Washington Street in Waukegan on a DUI warrant. He was released pending a June 12 court date.
• Yohalmo A. Quezada-Juarez, 44, of Mundelein, was arrested May 15 in the 200 block of West Water Street in Waukegan on a warrant involving meth possession charges. He remained held in Lake County Jail pending a May 22 court date.
• Brianna A. Lampkins, 30, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was arrested May 17 near Wadsworth Road and Magnetics Boulevard in Wadsworth on a Wisconsin warrant involving drug offenses.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE REVOKED/SUSPENDED

• Damarion Jackson, 20, of Zion, is accused of driving while license revoked after being arrested May 12 near Green Bay Road and Suddard Road in Beach Park.
• Jayden A. Coleman, 24, of Zion, is accused of driving while license suspended and open transportation of alcohol after being arrested May 15 near Green Bay and Beach roads in Beach Park.
• Hector A. Moctezuma-Mendez, 43, of Woodstock, is accused of aggravated driving while license revoked after being arrested May 15 near Route 53 and Old McHenry Road in Long Grove. He was released pending a June 15 court date.
• Christopher N. Davis, 39, of Zion, is accused of driving while license revoked and suspended registration after being arrested May 16 near Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue and Wallace Lane in North Chicago.
• Rickey T. Walker, 36, of Chicago, is accused of driving while license suspended and suspended registration after being arrested May 16 near Route 120 and Almond Road in unincorporated Grayslake.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

• Carlos Eduardo Ordaz Ferrer, 21, of Grayslake, is accused of driving without a license after being arrested May 12 near Route 176 and Midlothian Road in Mundelein.
• Catalina Carranza, 55, of Mundelein, is accused of driving without a license after being arrested May 16 near Route 137 and Des Plaines River Trail in unincorporated Libertyville.

UNLAWFUL RESTRAINT

• Orlando Arredondo, 45, of unincorporated Antioch, is accused of unlawful restraint and obstructing a peace officer after being arrested May 11 in the 21800 block of West North Avenue in unincorporated Antioch. He was released pending a June 2 court date.
• Jesus Trujillo, 28, of Waukegan, is accused of unlawful restraint and domestic battery after being arrested May 16 near Fairfield and Chardon roads in unincorporated Grayslake. He remained held in Lake County Jail pending a May 21 court date.

AGGRAVATED DOMESTIC BATTERY

Jerimy D. Stewart, 40, of Chicago, is accused of aggravated domestic battery after being arrested May 14 in the 36000 block of North Grand Oaks Court in unincorporated Gurnee. He remained held in Lake County Jail pending a June 11 court date.

SEX OFFENDER

Joseph D. Six, 36, of Beach Park, is accused of being a sex offender in the presence of a school zone after being arrested May 15 in the 40600 block of North Green Bay Road in Beach Park. He was released pending a May 22 court date.

RECKLESS DRIVING

Erica R. Malchin, 25, of Spring Grove, is accused of reckless driving and obstructing a peace officer after being arrested May 15 in the 40800 block of North Douglas Avenue in unincorporated Antioch. She was released pending a June 24 court date.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS

Westley J. Donaldson, 39, who police listed as having no permanent address, is accused of criminal trespass to property after being arrested May 16 in the 20500 block of North Milwaukee Avenue in unincorporated Deerfield. He was released pending a June 3 court date.
