Trinity International University presents lecture, piano performance featuring Graeme Burgan on October 10

Trinity International University presents the Real Talk series: Fusing Faith, Art & Work in the Real World, featuring two events with Graeme Burgan, executive director of the Csehy Summer School of Music.

On Oct. 10, Burgan will lead a discussion on “Real Talk: Living as Christian Artists” at 3:15 pm in Melton Hall, sharing his varied experiences of living out a calling to cultivate beautiful lives through music. At 7:30 pm in the ATO Chapel, he will be joined by his fellow Csehy musicians, Brian Reichenbach and Gene Arnold, in a collaborative concert of music for trumpets and piano.

Burgan is an exciting and versatile pianist working within opera, chamber music, musical theatre, jazz, and church music. He is the Executive Director of the Csehy Summer School of Music, a non-profit Christian camp with a 55-year history of developing high school and junior high school musicians. Graeme draws on his education and experience in business, theology, and music in his work with professional and student artists inside and outside of the church.
