Truck Rolls Down Edens Embankment; Driver Injured
The driver of a white panel truck was hospitalized after the Monday morning accident near Half Day Road.
DEERFIELD, IL - A truck driver was hospitalized Monday morning after his truck rolled down an embankment on the Edens Expressway just north of Half Day Road shortly after 10 a.m.
The driver was the only person in the white panel truck and sustained non-life threatening injuries before being transported to Lake Forest Hospital, according to the Deerfield Review.
The man was helped out of the vehicle by the Deerfield Bannockburn Fire Department.
