Wadsworth Woman Accused Of Leaving Accident Scene, DUI: Blotter

• Thomas J. Walsh, 32, of the 500 block of Gillings Drive, Gurnee, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Dec. 27 at W. Pine Court and Lone Oak Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Feb. 16 was assigned.
• Armando Martinez, 70, of the 33700 block of N. Royal Oak Lane, Unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Dec. 28 in Unincorporated Grayslake. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Jan. 19 was assigned.
• Charles E. Cook, Jr., 43, of the 36800 block of N. Lake Street, Ingleside, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Dec. 29 at Route 134 and Wilson Road, Ingleside. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Feb. 26 was assigned.
• Jeremy M. Point, 39, no permanent address, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, driving while license revoked, no insurance, and was arrested Dec. 29 in the 40400 block of N. Sunset Drive Unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $75,000 and a court date of Jan. 24 was assigned.
• Salvador A. Escobar-Campos, 40, of the 39600 block of N. Queensbury Lane, Beach Park, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, driving while license suspended, unlawful use of a driver's license, and was arrested Dec. 30 at Delany Road and Porett Drive, Gurnee. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of Jan. 14 was assigned.
• Cade M. Ives-Ketlinski, 20, of the 100 block of Crooked Lake Lane, Lindenhurst, is accused of driving under the influence, and was arrested Dec. 31 at Routes 59 and 132, Unincorporated Lake Villa. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Feb. 16 was assigned.
• Jaquelin Dominguez, 26, of the 500 block of McAlistr Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Jan. 1 at Washington Street and White Oak Lane, Unincorporated Gurnee. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Jan. 26 was assigned.
• Vincent Hill, 54, of the 7200 block of Blackstone Avenue, Chicago, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, driving while license revoked, no insurance, and was arrested Jan. 1 at Routes 41 and 173, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of Jan. 6 was assigned.
• Ronald E. Sweeney, 19, of the 700 block of Highland Avenue, Barrington, is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, no insurance, and was arrested Jan. 2 at Route 59 and Grass Lake Road, Unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of Jan. 26 was assigned.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

• Jenee C. Lee, 38, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of driving while license revoked, and was arrested Dec. 27 at Lewis Avenue and Beach Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Khori T. Banks, 22, of the 3000 block of Gideon Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving while license suspended, suspended registration, no insurance, and was arrested Dec. 27 at 33rd Street and Lewis Avenue, Zion. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Christopher M. O'Bryant, 32, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Dec. 28 at I-94 and Russell Road, Unincorporated Zion. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Jose Ruiz, 45, of the 2100 block of Ezra, Zion, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested Dec. 29 at Sheridan and Beach roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $2,000.

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Kenneth R. Klerner, 47, of the 24800 block of W. Crabtree Lane, Ingleside, is accused of having a warrant for contempt of court, and was arrested Dec. 27 in Ingleside. Bond was set at $65,000 and a court date of Jan. 13 was assigned.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

• Alan E. Dominguez-Oliva, 31, of Unincorporated Mundelein, is accused of having a warrant out of Cook County for domestic battery, and was arrested Dec. 27 in Unincorporated Mundelein. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date in Cook County was to be determined at the time of the report.
• Antonio C. Hurtado, 52, of Unincorporated Gurnee, is accused of having a warrant for aggravated domestic battery, and a new charge of resisting arrest, and was arrested Dec. 30 in Unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $250,000 and a court date of Jan. 27 was assigned.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

• Cheyane A. Butler, 18, of the 3000 block of Gideon Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving with no driver's license, and was arrested Dec. 29 at Wadsworth Road and North Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Kartell M. Albea, 22, of the 2200 block of Jethro Avenue, Zion, is accused of no driver's license, no insurance, and was arrested Dec. 30 at Lewis Avenue and Yorkhouse Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $2,000.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Kevin W. Cartwright, 51, of Racine, Wisconsin, is accused of disorderly conduct, and was arrested Dec. 29 in the 13000 block of W. Townline Road, Unincorporated Waukegan. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of Jan. 31 was assigned.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Crystal J. Cowart-O'Bryant, 41, no permanent address, is accused of having a warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance out of Kenosha County, and was arrested Dec. 31 at 27th Street and Lewis Avenue, Zion. Bond was set at $2,000 and a court date in Kenosha County was to be determined at the time of the report.

OBSTRUCTING IDENTIFICATION

Marc A. Rettig, 42, of the 17600 block of Horseshoe Lane, Unincorporated Gurnee, is accused of obstructing identification, and was arrested Dec. 31 in the 18500 block of Main Street, Unincorporated Grayslake. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of Jan. 26 was assigned.

LEAVING THE SCENE OF A PERSONAL INJURY ACCIDENT

Jaklynn N. Alaniz, 24, of the 13500 block of W. Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth, is accused of leaving the scene of a personal injury accident, driving under the influence, resisting arrest, illegal transportation of cannabis, and was arrested Jan. 2 at Wadsworth and Delany roads, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of Jan. 6 was assigned.
