  • Kristiana G. Kujawa, 30, of Beach Park, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested on April 25 in Beach Park. Bond was set at $30,000 and a court date of May 3 was assigned.
  • Lenny A. Witt, 42, of Ingleside, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested April 26 in Ingleside. Bond was set at $250,000 and a court date of May 4 was assigned.
  • Ashley Reid-Hart, 45, of Wadsworth, is accused of aggravated domestic battery involving strangulation, and was arrested April 27 in Wadsworth. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of May 4 was assigned.
  • Mary E. Honeycutt, 39, of unincorporated Round Lake, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested April 30 in unincorporated Round Lake. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of May 18 was assigned.

LEAVING THE SCENE OF AN ACCIDENT

Kobi Bryce Flynn, 21, of Pierce City, Missouri, is accused of leaving two counts of leaving the scene of an accident, no insurance, no valid registration, and was arrested April 25 at Route 120 and River Road, unincorporated Waukegan, and at Route 21 and Casey Road, unincorporated Libertyville. Bond was set at $1,500.

OPERATING A COMMERCIAL VEHICLE WITHOUT A VALID COMMERCIAL DRIVER'S LICENSE

Mohammad Sabawon, 29, of Silver Springs, Maryland, is accused of operating a commercial vehicle without a valid commercial driver's license, overweight on registration, and was arrested April 26 at Route 41 and Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $1,500.

BATTERY

  • Kerry A. Soudan, 54, of the 24600 block of W. Brorson Avenue, unincorporated Round Lake, is accused of battery, disorderly conduct, and was arrested April 26 in the 24500 block of W. Brorson Avenue, unincorporated Round Lake. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of May 23 was assigned.
  • Royshell L. Rhyan, 30, of the 1700 block of Victoria Street, North Chicago, is accused of battery, and was arrested April 28 at Lake County Jail. They are being held on other charges and was assigned a court date of May 26.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Miguel A. Herrera, 30, of the 1400 block of Western Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence, no driver's license, and was arrested April 26 at North Avenue and Marc Court, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of June 1 was assigned.
  • Andrew J. Macker, 42, of the 1000 block of Frances Parkway, Park Ridge, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested April 28 at Route 53 and Long Grove Road, Long Grove. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of June 1 was assigned.
  • Maurice C. Ward, 55, of the 300 block of Jefferson Court, Vernon Hills, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested April 29 at Route 41 and Hanssen Road, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of June 15 was assigned.

RECKLESS DRIVING

Emiliano Vazquez, 19, of the 38400 block of Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of reckless driving, and was arrested April 26 at Wadsworth and Green Bay roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of May 23 was assigned.

FAILURE OF SEXUAL OFFENDER TO REPORT CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Salvador R. Elias, 33, of the 37400 block of Long Avenue, Ingleside, is accused of failure of sexual offender to report change of address, and was arrested April 27 in Ingleside. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of May 10 was assigned.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

  • Martin Gnanapragasam, 52, of the 15100 block of Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth, is accused of disorderly conduct, and was arrested April 27 in the 39100 block of Route 41, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of May 18 was assigned.
  • Daniel J. Royce, 31, of the 38600 block of N. Miller Road, unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of disorderly conduct, and was arrested May 1 in unincorporated Lake Villa. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of May 6 was assigned.

VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

Alexius G. Brooks, 50, of the 1300 block of Kildeer Drive, Round Lake Beach, had a warrant for violation of an order of protection, and was arrested April 28 in Waukegan. Bond was set at $30,000 and a court date of May 6 was assigned.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

Wallace J. Butcher, 39, of the 600 block of Yale Lane, Island Lake, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested April 28 at Route 12 and Long Grove Road, Deer Park. Bond was set at $2,000.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

Ronaldo Ruvalcaba-Casilles, 21, of the 2600 block of 20th Street, Zion, is accused of no driver's license, no insurance, and was arrested April 28 at 21st Street and Green Bay Road, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $2,000.

PAROLE VIOLATION

  • Titus E. Wright, 32, of the 28200 block of W. Stewart Avenue, unincorporated Spring Grove, had a warrant for a parole violation, and was arrested April 28 at Grass Lake Road and Stonegate Drive, unincorporated Antioch. No bond was granted and a court date of May 6 was assigned.
  • Jasmine D. Keys, 32, of the 38100 block of N. Loyola Avenue, Beach Park, had a warrant from the Wisconsin Department of Corrections for a parole violation, and was arrested May 1 in Beach Park. No bond was granted, and a future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Wesley P. Sorg, 39, of the 900 block of N. Lewis Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and was arrested April 30 in the 39000 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of May 23 was assigned.

RETAIL THEFT

Salvador Ramirez, 34, no permanent address, is accused of retail theft, and was arrested May 1 in the 37700 block of Sheridan Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of May 27 was assigned.
