Watercraft DUI, Resisting Arrest: Lake County Sheriff Blotter

LAKE COUNTY, IL — The following information comes from the Lake County Sheriff's Office and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. ARRESTS

Warrant Arrest: Aggravated Battery

• Grant L. Keller, 22, of Deerfield, was arrested June 1 in the 300 block of Washington Street in Waukegan on a warrant for aggravated battery. He was given pre-trial release and is scheduled to appear in court June 18.
• Debbie D. Adams, 44, of North Chicago, was arrested June 1 in the 0-100 block of Lake Front Drive in unincorporated Zion on a warrant for aggravated battery. She was given pre-trial release and is scheduled to appear in court June 23.

Warrant Arrest: Identity Theft

Sheila L. Ferguson, 47, of Chicago, was arrested June 1 in the 300 block of Washington Street in Waukegan on a DuPage County warrant for identity theft. Detention and court information were listed as to be determined in DuPage County.

Warrant Arrest: Retail Theft

• Faith Sorensen, 34, of Crystal Lake, was arrested June 1 in the 38600 block of North Magnolia Avenue in Wadsworth on a McHenry County warrant for retail theft. Detention and court information were listed as to be determined in McHenry County.
• Lawrence L. Muse, 47, of Waukegan, was arrested June 2 in the 300 block of Washington Street in Waukegan on a warrant for retail theft. He was given pre-trial release and is scheduled to appear in court June 30.
• Barahona Merady Lopez, 23, of Highwood, was arrested June 4 in the 300 block of Washington Street in Waukegan on a warrant for retail theft. Lopez was given pre-trial release and is scheduled to appear in court June 24.

Battery, Disorderly Conduct

Daniel Gejewski, 62, of unincorporated Cary, was arrested June 4 in the 28800 block of West South Street in unincorporated Cary and charged with battery and disorderly conduct. He was given pre-trial release and is scheduled to appear in court June 24.

Disorderly Conduct

Benjamin W. Swift, 27, with no permanent address, was arrested June 4 in the 1300 block of Anderson Drive in Green Oaks and charged with disorderly conduct. He was given pre-trial release and is scheduled to appear in court June 24.

Warrant Arrest: Domestic Battery

Ismael Zamudio-Gonzalez, 42, of Beach Park, was arrested June 4 on a warrant for domestic battery. He was detained in the Lake County Jail and is scheduled to appear in court June 10.

Warrant Arrest: DUI

Sandis Ruhl, 37, of unincorporated Round Lake, was arrested June 5 in the 24500 block of North Norelius Avenue in unincorporated Round Lake on a warrant for DUI. Ruhl was given pre-trial release and is scheduled to appear in court June 24.

Warrant Arrest: Criminal Trespass, Resisting Arrest

Timothy Williams, 51, with no permanent address, was arrested June 5 near 10th and Jackson streets in North Chicago on a warrant for criminal trespass to property. Williams was also charged with resisting arrest. He was detained in the Lake County Jail and is scheduled to appear in court June 11.

Domestic Battery

• Jeffrey K. Lindom, 67, of unincorporated Lake Bluff, was arrested June 5 and charged with domestic battery. He was detained in the Lake County Jail and is scheduled to appear in court June 25.
• A juvenile was arrested June 7 in Beach Park and charged with domestic battery. Additional information was not released because the arrestee is a juvenile.

Warrant Arrest: Violation Of Probation

Miguel A. Cedillo Velazquez, 28, of unincorporated Grayslake, was arrested June 5 near Mill and Big Oaks roads in unincorporated Grayslake on a warrant for violation of probation. He was given pre-trial release and is scheduled to appear in court June 18.

Operating A Watercraft Under The Influence

Matthew H. Decicco, 45, of Libertyville, was arrested June 6 on Nippersink Lake and charged with operating a watercraft under the influence of alcohol. He was given pre-trial release and is scheduled to appear in court July 8.

Driving With A Suspended License

Angel L. Carrillo, 24, of Zion, was arrested June 7 near Clarendon Road and Channel Lane in Round Lake Beach and charged with driving while license suspended. Carrillo was given pre-trial release and assigned to branch court.
