  • Edgar Catalan, 25, of the 33500 block of Greentree Road, Unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, aggravated driving while license revoked, battery, leaving the scene of an accident, no insurance, and having a warrant for aggravated fleeing/eluding, electronic harassment, and was arrested Jan. 17 in the 18900 block of W. Hickory Street, Unincorporated Mundelein. Bond was set at $100,000 and a court date of Feb. 8 was assigned.
  • Alberto P. Lopez, 21, of the 3200 block of Lebanon Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, no insurance, and was arrested Jan. 18 at Sheridan and Wadsworth roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of March 2 was assigned.
  • Pillip A. Vitellaro, 53, of the 600 block of Timpani Place, Volo, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, disorderly conduct, no driver's license, and was arrested Jan. 20 in Volo. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Feb. 23 was assigned.
  • Shelly J. MacCallum, 59, of the 2000 block of Kenton Lane, Libertyville, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Jan. 20 at St. Mary's and Oak Spring roads, Libertyville. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Feb. 16 was assigned.
  • Lashonda B. Brown, 34, of the 800 block of Greenwood Avenue, Waukegan, and was arrested Jan. 20 at Sheridan and Longview roads, Waukegan. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Feb. 22 was assigned.
  • Gene Paliy, 40, of the 21600 block of W. Maurine Drive, Unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Jan. 21 at Route 12 and Molidor Road, Volo. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of March 23 was assigned.
  • Susana Lopez-Rodriguez, 46, of the 2900 block of 21st Street, North Chicago, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Route 41 and Delany Road, Wasdsworth. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Feb. 23 was assigned.
  • Tayler N. Adcock, 26, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Jan. 22 at California and Holdridge avenues, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of March 2 was assigned.
  • John J. Stiles, 40, of the 27100 block of Lakeview Drive S., Lake Barrington, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Jan. 22 at Rollins Road and Hunt Avenue, Ingleside. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of March 9 was assigned.

Darryl A. Powell, 52, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is accused of leaving the scene of an accident, and was arrested Jan. 18 at Route 41 and Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $1,500.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

Wesley B. Martinez, 35, of Unincorporated Deerfield, is accused of having a warrant for domestic battery, and was arrested Jan. 18 in Unincorporated Deerfield. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of Feb. 1 was assigned.

VIOLATION OF ORDER OF PROTECTION

Zakary J. Zugehoer, 23, of the 3300 block of Gilboa Avenue, Zion, is accused of violation of order of protection, and was arrested in Beach Park. Bond was set at $75,000 and a court date of Feb. 1 was assigned.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

  • Daniel Gloria, 31, of the 1000 block of Porter Street, Waukegan, is accused of having a warrant for driving while license revoked, and was arrested Jan. 19 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of Jan. 26 was assigned.
  • Juan J. Chapa, 32, of the 38800 block of North Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Jan. 19 at Sheridan and Yorkhouse roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
  • Israel D. Medina, 31, of the 39100 block of Holdridge Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of driving while license revoked, unlawful possession of a weapon, no insurance, and was arrested Jan. 20 at Sheridan Road and Oak Forest Drive, Beach Park. Bond was set at $2,000 and a court date of Feb. 21 was assigned.
  • Jacque P. Blackmon, 36, of the 4200 block of White Pine Road, Zion, is accused of driving while license revoked, suspended registration, and was arrested Jan. 22 at Green Bay and Kenosha roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
  • Zabdi M. Barculajay, 32, of the 0-100 block of Golfview Lane, Carpentersville, is accused of having a warrant out of Kane County for driving while license suspended, and was arrested Jan. 23 at Lake Cook and Quentin roads, Deer Park. Bond was set at $6,000 and a court date in Kane County was to be determined at the time of the report.
  • Billia J. Chomicki, 29, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is accused of driving while license revoked, and was arrested Jan. 23 at I-94 and Route 21, Gurnee. Bone was set at $1,500.

  • Mike E. Rivera Torres, 31, of the 1600 block of 1st Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested Jan. 19 at 33rd Street and Gabriel Avenue, Zion. Bond was set at $1,500.
  • Felipe Bahena-Arroyo, 49, of the 1700 block of Gulf Road, Waukegan, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested Jan. 19 at 33rd and Lewis Avenue, Zion. Bond was set at $1,500.
  • Juan L. Soto, 21, of the 2800 block of Deborah Avenue, Zion, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested Jan. 20 at Sheridan and Wadsworth roads, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $1,500.
  • Miguel A. Andrade Ibarra, 19, of the 3400 block of Cuyler Avenue, Berwyn, is accused of no driver's license, no insurance, and was arrested Jan. 22 at Route 173 and Delany Road, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $2,000.

THEFT

Jonathan R. Elser, 30, of the 38600 block of N. Miller Road, Unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of theft, and was arrested Jan. 19 in the 27200 block of Volo Village Road, Volo. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of Feb. 10 was assigned.

FLEEING TO ELUDE

Brandon M. Vice, 34, of the 0-100 block of E. Grand Avenue, Fox Lake, is accused of having a warrant for fleeing to elude, driving while license revoked, and was arrested Jan. 20 at the Kenosha County Jail. Bond was set at $100,000 and a court date was to be determined at the time of the report.

OBSTRUCTING A PEACE OFFICER

Kyle A. Gibson, 39, of the 1900 block of Yale Avenue, Chicago Heights, is accused of obstructing a peace officer, resisting arrest, and was arrested Jan. 20 at Sheridan and Longview roads, Waukegan. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of Feb. 21 was assigned.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Mark A. Ferraro, 57, of the 26700 block of W. Wilmot Road, Unincorporated Antioch, is accused of criminal damage to property, and was arrested Jan. 20 at Dot Place and Elm Street, Unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of Feb. 21 was assigned.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF CANNABIS

Ariana M. Acosta, 18, of the 3400 block of Cuyler Avenue, Berwyn, is accused of unlawful possession of cannabis, illegal transportation of cannabis, and was arrested Jan. 22 at Route 173 and Delany Road, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of Feb. 28 was assigned.
