7 year old Sam Sanger spends her free time trying to make the world a better place. During the holiday season she brought stockings stuffed with small gifts and handed them out to residents of a local nursing home. Recently she had a lemonade stand and instead of keeping the money she worked so hard for, she decided to send every penny to the Make a Wish Foundation. She packed up school supplies to be handed out to children who couldn't afford pencils and paper. This little girl would rather help others in need than watch tv or play with toys. I think adults could really learn so much from her. Imagine what a more beautiful place this world would be if more people cared so much for others. She's only seven and she doesn't only talk about those less fortunate, she's doing something about it.
