Zion Man Accused Of Armed Violence: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

LAKE COUNTY, IL — The following information comes from the Lake County Sheriff's Office and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. ARRESTS

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• A 48-year-old Waukegan resident is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Sept. 18 at Wall Street and Northern Avenue, Beach Park. A court date of Oct. 25 was assigned.
• Tyler R. Eldrup, 21, of the 200 block of E. Liberty Street, Wauconda, is accused of DUI alcohol, no insurance, no driver's license, and was arrested Sept. 22 at Route 176 and Fairfield Road, unincorporated Wauconda. A court date of Nov. 8 was assigned.
• A 21-year-old Zion resident is accused of DUI alcohol, and was arrested Sept. 22 at 27th Street and Lewis Avenue, Zion. A court date of Oct. 25 was assigned.
• Juan Guerrero, 40, of the 1500 block of Hamilton Court, Waukegan, is accused of DUI alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, attempt unlawful possession of a controlled substance, no insurance, and was arrested Sept. 22 at Route 120 and Knight Avenue, Park City. A court date of Oct. 25 was assigned.
• Patrick E. Denman, 35, of the 100 block of Crescent Knoll, Green Oaks, is accused of DUI alcohol, resisting arrest, and was arrested Oct. 24 in the 100 block of Crescent Knoll, Green Oaks. A court date of Dec. 6 was assigned.

VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

• Yana Shnayder, 35, of the 26800 block of N. Oakdale Avenue, unincorporated Mundelein, is accused of violation of an order of protection, resisting arrest, and was arrested Sept. 19 in the 25800 block of N. Diamond Lake Road, unincorporated Mundelein. A court date of Oct. 25 was assigned.
• Pawel Kwiatkowski, 36, of the 23000 block of 75th Avenue, Elmwood Park, had a warrant out of DuPage County for violation of an order of protection, a new charge of obstructing identification, and was arrested Sept. 22 at Route 12 and Lake Cook Road, Deer Park. He was taken to DuPage County on the warrant. A future court date in DuPage County was to be determined at the time of the report.

AGGRAVATED SPEEDING

A 22-year-olod Waukegan resident is accused of aggravated speeding (79 mph in a 45 mph zone), and was arrested Sept. 19 at 33rd Street and Lewis Avenue, Zion.

ARMED VIOLENCE

Jason M. Chisum, 25, of the 2100 block of Gilead Avenue, Zion, is accused of armed violence, unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon, and was arrested Sept. 19 in the 2000 block of Gilead Avenue, Zion. He is being detailed at Lake County Jail. A court date of Oct. 18 was assigned.

BATTERY

• Gilbrelle L. Hoskins, 31, of the 2900 block of 31st Street, Zion, is accused of battery, assault, and was arrested Sept. 21 in the 37700 block of Green Bay Road, Beach Park. A court date of Oct. 25 was assigned.
• Martin C. Heydenburg, 61, of the 900 block of N. Milwaukee Avenue, Wheeling, is accused of aggravated battery, assault, disorderly conduct, and was arrested Sept. 24 in the 900 block of Milwaukee Avenue, unincorporated Deerfield. A court date of Oct. 11 was assigned.

HOME REPAIR FRAUD

Chester A. Biggs, 44, of the 33700 block of N. 2nd Street, unincorporated Grayslake, had a warrant for home repair fraud, disorderly conduct, and was arrested Sept. 22 in the 32900 block of N. Battershall Road, unincorporated Grayslake. A court date of Oct. 3 was assigned.
