3. Doreon Dubose interception seals Illinois State's dramatic win over Northern Illinois (bnd.com) — In DeKalb, Northern Illinois football fell just short as an Illinois State interception in the final seconds sealed a 28-24 upset at Huskie Stadium. The game drew more than 17,000 fans and saw NIU erase a 21-point deficit before the late turnover ended their comeback. Coaches and players on both sides called it a gutsy, emotional matchup.
4. On Sept. 11, 2001, he got stranded in Canada.
