Chicago Auto Show held in McCormick Place with safety protocols.

The Auto show runs from July 15 - 19. Become one of McCormick Place's first live and in-person events since the start of the pandemic.

Ultimately After Long waits Chicago Cars lovers got Excited about the Auto Show special edition of the show started in Chicago but this year, they offered only five days, July 15-19 at McCormick Place. People were cheering and getting excited at the Show entry point to see their favorite cars.

The difference between this show compared to last show moved to the West Building of the McCormick Place complex. And called the special edition.

First Chicago Show started 1901, after a few years Chicago Auto Show became the vastest and largest auto show in North America.

The show typically held in February every year for at least two weeks but postponed because of COVID-19 pandemic.

The biggest difference this year is that no one cannot buy tickets in person at the event place. Every Person must buy online. There was no free ticket for those under 6 years old. You must have a ticket for an infant child. Chicago Auto Show completely sold exclusively online. No discounted ticket was offered also.

The visitors and guests were happy because life is getting back in Chicago slowly & slowly.

The event is basically held this year in the McCormick Place's West Building and outside along Indiana Avenue. This is the first time this event occurred in summer and visitors were very excited to go for a test drive on Indiana Avenue.

According to the show officials, “We are committed to providing a safe environment for Guests, Cars Dealers and Manufactures with health and safety protocols and guidelines set forth by the city of Chicago and the state of Illinois officials.”

During Auto Show Dozens of Brand New 2022 vehicles are available to Test drive on outdoor test-drives.

Auto show visitors find out there will be some delay if you purchase a car here or dealers place because Automakers are experiencing a nationwide shortage in computer chips and dealers may be a little sparse on inventory.

Chicago showgoers are also disappointed that Cadillac, Buick and GMC are not able to display any car at the 2021 Chicago Auto Show.

Despite that, People were happy because it was the first in-person event held at McCormick Place since the start of the pandemic. Some people are happy because life is getting better back in Chicago. Several weeks ago. That opportunity wasn’t available for anyone.

Number of people were asked which vehicle they liked most, they answered 2022 Kia EV6, 2022 Ford F-150, Nissan Z Proto, 2021 Lamborghini Huracán, 2022 Toyota GR 86, attendees got to jump behind the wheel of the latest vehicles which were offered by many manufacturers.
