Yoga 101: Yoga for Beginners

Perfect for anyone who is new to yoga, people who love beginners yoga and those who are returning to the mat. This is a progressive series that meets weekly for four consecutive weeks.
During the class you will learn basic poses, how to practice yoga, and relaxation techniques. You will practice in the supportive community of other beginners with an experienced teacher. Each class repeats what was learned the week before and adds progressive instruction, so that you can feel confident that you are safely practicing in our regularly-scheduled classes.
