Des Plaines Man Charged With Sexual Assault of Child
Nelson E. Yabrudez denied bond for alleged incident that took place between 2009 and 2013.
A Des Plaines man is charged with predatory criminal sexual assault of a child regarding an incident that occurred in Northbrook some time between December 1, 2009 and January 31, 2013.
Northbrook police say that following a month-long investigation that began when the matter was reported to DCFS on March 12, Nelson E. Yabrudez, 44 was taken into custody. The Cook County ASA soon after approved felony charges, and bond was not issued.
