A Des Plaines man has been charged with armed robbery after pulling a loaded gun on another man, the Daily Herald reported.
Joseph M. Silva, 22, was arrested on July 20 after he pulled a gun on another man in an effort to collect a $20 debt, the newspaper reported. The incident happened in the first block of Fremont Avenue.
