Suzanne Bear, Executive Director of the Maine-Niles Association of Special Recreation (MNASR), presented the Des Plaines Park District with a glass plaque at the December 17, 2014 Park Board meeting, in recognition of the district’s 40-year commitment to serving individuals with disabilities.
