Dr. Dilara Sayeed is running for the Illinois House 5th District

A Chicago native Dr. Dilara Sayeed has a bright chance to win Illinois House 5th District currently she is facing Primary election in her district. Her challengers are Lamont Robinson Jr., Tregg Duerson, Felicia Bullock, Johnae Strong and Kenneth Dunkin

Since incumbent Rep. Juliana Stratton decided to run for lieutenant governor. Voters of 5th District are looking for the best candidate for the district.

Dr. Sayeed said, she is running for the Illinois House because she wanted to impact the largest number of Illinois people with her “Build A Life” agenda. She also said through her motive, I will very work toward creating safer every neighborhood in District by stopping illegal guns or weapons, working on criminal justice reform with a focus on reentry, equitably funding education, investing in neighborhood schools and I will bring businesses and creating more jobs to the district.”

Sayeed has been an educator and community leader for more than 20 years in the Chicago area. She is a former teacher and an education policy expert who wants to help people of all backgrounds. Sayeed said, “I will use my personal experience to help people of all community’s stakeholders and backgrounds succeed. As an educator my top priorities are education reform. taxpayer Money should not use to any private or charter schools. I will be focusing on bringing business and economics in the district. I am a fresh voice and new leadership for Illinois peoples.”

According to a voter of 5th District she said, “We are so glad she is running in our District she will bring positive changes in our District. We don’t need private or charter schools. She will protect our Public school in District.”

Another resident of 5th District Mr. Moore said “I meet Sayeed several times and discuss several issues. Her strategic and operational experience will be valuable to the district.

Tony, a local restaurant owner said “Sayeed is the right person to represent us in the 5th district. She has a strong great agenda of the problems in our district.

John, a local Businessman said, “She will be good for Small business owner. I will definitely vote for her.”

A High School teacher said, “I am voting for here because she is an intelligent civic engagement leadership. She has a solid grasp of the problems the state faces.”

James 72, a retired building contractor said, “Sayeed knocked my door, I never meet such a fantastic candidate in my life. She mostly talks about several issues like health care, education, gun control, and justice reform. She is impressive candidate.”

Dilara Sayeed has been endorsed by politician Such as Congressman Keith Ellison, Congressman Bobby Rush, Alderman Roderick Sawyer, and Progressive State Reps Theresa Mah and Will Guzzardi. She has also received endorsements from the Majors News Papers such as Chicago Tribune and the Chicago Sun-Times.
