Be ready for a day of diverse activities starting with a morning walk at the 395 acre Peck Farm Interpretive Center. Then, onto Geneva for a short presentation and sampling at The Spice house, known for its ethnic Chicago seasoning blends. Explore and shop at the annual Geneva Art Fair, the French Market, the shops and neighborhoods. Lunch on your own at one of Geneva’s Cafes or Delis. Then, on to Fabyan Forest Preserve, once the estate of George and Nelle Fabyan. Located on the Fox River, it is the most popular of the Kane County Preserves, with numerous natural and historic features. Take a walk along the river, a tour of the Fabian Windmill and estate, or stroll through the Japanese Garden. Trip departs from and returns to the Lake Park Clubhouse.
