GPS For Mariners

This Coast Guard Auxiliary class focuses on the Global Positioning Satellite: navigation equipment typically owned by the recreational boater. Students will learn how to use a GPS for practical navigating, setting and using waypoints and for more advanced applications. Participants who already own hand-held GPS units should bring them to class.
