Meet local author and teacher Tony Romano. He will discuss his works of fiction, that bring to life the Italian immigrant experience of 1950s Chicago. Romano was named the 2010 Illinois Author of the Year. His work has been produced on National Public Radio's Sound of Writing series and syndicated to newspapers nationwide.
